BR HRMS Reviews & Product Details

BR HRMS is a cloud-based human resource management and payroll platform designed for businesses in Malaysia. Developed by BR Innovate Future Sdn. Bhd., it brings essential HR tasks into one connected system, helping employers manage people, attendance, leave, claims and payroll without relying on disconnected spreadsheets or manual records. HR teams can organise employee profiles, departments, branches and documents in a central workspace. Employees can use web and mobile self-service tools to clock in and out, check schedules, request leave, submit claims and overtime requests, and access their payslips. Role-based permissions and approval workflows help managers review requests while keeping employee information accessible to the right people. BR HRMS supports different work arrangements, including fixed schedules, rotating shifts and multi-location operations. Companies can configure attendance rules such as GPS location checks, supported Wi-Fi verification and selfie requirements. HR administrators can monitor attendance records, investigate missing clock-ins and review correction requests before preparing monthly payroll. Payroll features are tailored to Malaysian business needs. The system helps calculate salaries, earnings, deductions and statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB. It also generates payslips and, on eligible subscriptions, prepares statutory files for employer review and submission through the relevant government portals. Beyond everyday administration, BR HRMS includes reporting, employee self-service and tools for managing teams across different branches. The platform supports English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese, making it suitable for organisations with diverse workforces. BR HRMS is designed for SMEs and growing businesses in industries such as retail, food and beverage, professional services, construction and manufacturing. Businesses can start with a free trial or request a product demonstration to see how BR HRMS fits their existing HR and payroll processes.
