This saves me a great deal of time fllowing up and we have a great course completion rate as a result and, more importantly, a big uptick in the number of staff reporting potencial phishing attacks. **What do you dislike about Boxphish?** Nothing. We haven't encountred any issues so far and as the programme administrator I find the online portal very easy to use. **What problems is Boxphish solving and how is that benefiting you?** We recieve fairly regular phishing emails and the training courses have really strengthened awareness around identifying potential threats, as well as keeping our data secure in many other ways. ### 2. Integrated with Azure AD, user journeys are automated and new staff are automatically added. The courses are about 5 minutes long, really engaging and informative and there is a quiz at the end to test understanding. Regular phishing simulations to keep users on their toes and raise awareness of the types of real phishing emails they could receive. The Boxphish team are constantly updating and improving the platform and they DO take on customer feedback. **What do you dislike about Boxphish?** I don't think there is anything to dislike. Managed service and product is being developed and improved all the time. **What problems is Boxphish solving and how is that benefiting you?** Raising awareness of the cyber threat landscape ### 5. The dashboards give you actionable feedback on who might need more help. **What do you dislike about Boxphish?** The administration back end is missing some fine-tuned controls you might want. That said, they are constantly improving it and listening to customer feedback !! **What problems is Boxphish solving and how is that benefiting you?** You only have to look at the morning tech news flash to see large and small businesses being hacked daily due to phishing. Whilst we all dream of a technology silver bullet to fix cyber security, end-user training is probably cheaper and more effective at reducing the risk than any technical solution. ### 6. The best bit is it evolves over time so users will never receive the same campaign twice. **What problems is Boxphish solving and how is that benefiting you?** Your best line of defense is your users. Too many organisations rely on security 'software', which is entirely useless if your staff don't know how to recognise malicious links. I like that I can discretely assess the cyber posture of my users. ### 7. On the plus side, new functions are appearing every few weeks; however there are still some small gaps that I can't wait to be addressed. I have every confidence that by 2021 it will have reached full maturity. **What problems is Boxphish solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was struggling to resource all of the administration associated with phishing testing and staff information security training. No one in our small/mid-sized organisation could prepare user lists, send out comms, plan campaigns, chase people up, not the learning and development team, the data privacy team, or the infrastructure team. So it kept on falling between the gaps making testing and training a high overhead annual affair. I then discovered Boxphish and its ability to integrate with Azure AD, meaning we never had to curate campaign lists for testing or training. Their learning and testing journeys would then take effect and run automatically, delivering reporting and insight on-demand, meaning that we moved from a considerable effort annual campaign to a monthly effortless, automated solution for a fraction of the previous spend. ### 8. Whether from an account management or technical perspective my company and I have been able to build solid professional relationships and leverage the Boxphish service into a really useful and effective cyber security tool for our Business. We are now able to send out bespoke and tailored phishing campaigns (or choose from a comprehensive and ever growing library), report on the metrics and support our user base with high quality training modules all provided by Boxphish. What I've particularly enjoyed about working with Boxphish is that we are made to feel like a really valued customer with none of our requests being too much trouble to discuss and fulfil. Like the technology industry change and innovation is always on the horizon and Boxphish will only continue to evolve and become an even more positive force for good within the cyber security arena. **What do you dislike about Boxphish?** The initial level of reporting we recived was basic and required a lot of filtering in Excel (which truth be told I quite enjoy anyway) but Boxphish has already advised us of an upgrade in this area with more automated and powerful reporting being available for us to use. **What problems is Boxphish solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to utilise Boxphish to raise awareness of phishing attacks via simulations and training modules as well as educate our users on how to protect themselves. Boxphish has also enabled us to identify users within our organisation that require extra support when it comes to cyber security. We have been able to identify which types of phishing campaigns are most effective in gaining user clicks. The service has also allowed us to report on our company wide cyber security profile as we use our campaign metrics to demonstrate increased user awareness of phishing attacks. ### 9. They are short and have a big impact! After looking at the market they were the videos that enabled all different types of users to understand the message. **What do you dislike about Boxphish?** Hard to find anything to be honest. However, as I am pushed the one thing I would like added is the ability to link the training to Teams in the future. **What problems is Boxphish solving and how is that benefiting you?** We invest heavily in Cyber Security solutions but we were still seeing Account Takeovers and other types of attacks infiltrating the network, which led to us speaking to Boxphish to improve the Human element!
