The videos are engaging, informative and relevant. It's also great that Boxphish are constantly adding new content to remain up to date with current cybersecurity issues. Auditors and senior managementare now very concerned with ensuring that all users are trained in cybersecurity. With Boxphish's easy to use admin portal, I have been able to produce regular statistics and reports that measure user performance around the company. Additionally, having a Customer Onboarding Specialist like Yaz has been excellent as she has been quick to respond to all questions or queries. I asked for more of the videos to have Chinese subtitles, and the request was fulfilled within a few hours! Integrating with our 365 tenant was a very quick process as well. Syncing with our groups was seamless and from an IT admin's perspective, maintaining and managing users could not be simpler! **What do you dislike about Boxphish?** Nothing so far! Rrather than one long course that everyone forgets, we get monthly bitesize training modules that everyone has said they have found to be relevant to both work and home. The Phising simulations have been excellent, they are not there to catch people out but help us all to be more aware and vigulent, if anyone does accidently "click" they are automatically sent a relevant training course to complete as a reminder. The on demand feature is very helpful, as courses can be sent out as and when needed,this is especially helpful with new staff as this enables us to send them any courses that had already been sent prior to them joining us. Yaz who looks after us is very helpful and has been with us since we joined, checking in with us to make sure everything is running smoothly and answering any questions we may have. The quarterly catchups are very useful to make sure everything is running smoothly. Thisis our 2nd year with Boxphish and all of our staff have said how much they prefer Boxphish complared to our previous provider, their training modules and phishing simulation emails are a great way to raise cybersecurity. The simulations sent to users are dynamic and vary in difficulty, yet align with the training that we provide and still allow users to identify phishing emails without the tangible risk of compromising security, instead they are met with a hygeinic landing page showing tips on how to improve their approach to identification. We really like and appreciate the simple interface of the tooling and use it almost daily to understand our risky users The tool itself isn't just where we derive value, it comes from the team. We have regular meetings with the team at boxphish to discuss our requirements and time and time again, boxphish work with us and go above and beyond from what you'd expect from a security partner. BoxPhish has opened our eyes as a business to the risks that can come from phishing emails and the tactic that scammers use during this, we have only been with the, for a short time and in that time we have been vastly impressed with the customer support team, they reach out frequently to ensure everything is running smooth which we greatly appreciate. The integration aspect of it was easy manage from both the Microsoft Admin Centre and our On-Prem servers, simply making a new group and adding to all users to that then pulled through to the BoxPhish portal. The service for us is currently setup so that users receive training courses 1 month and a phishing simulation the next. The admin interface is clean and simple, and it is very straightforward to onboard users via a variety of automatic synchronisations/integrations (i.e. Azure AD groups, etc). The end user perspective is equally simple and yet very effective - our users are given a BoxPhish course every 3 months and these are short and concise refreshers that do just the right amount to keep people aware and on their toes, security wise. **What do you dislike about Boxphish?** There isn't really anything to dislike at all! Boxphish training isn't though - it has short and snappy cartoon style videos lasting around 5 minutes which keep the viewer engaged. You can choose which order to send the videos out and we have started with the basics and are getting more advanced every couple of weeks. There are a wide variety of phishing simulations - who can resist a free Starbucks or Greggs? From the point of view of simulations, these are brilliant and rather cunning. As a customer of Boxphish for the past couple of years it has been interesting to see the trends with regard to end-users falling for simulations then and now. The simulations are extremely realistic and some end-users still fall victim, but the follow-up training and feedback our IT staff can give helps end-users when it comes to looking for suspicious email content. From an admin point of view, the reporting is very good with easy to understand diagrams and data which highlight the users who are most often victim to simulations, this enables the IT team to focus on those users and help improve their understanding of threats. The roll out of the platform was very simple and the support we get when needed has been second to none and I have regular meetings with my account manager to discuss the platform and how it is working for us. **What do you dislike about Boxphish?** In all honesty, I can't think of any negatives to this platform. **What problems is Boxphish solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our primary use of Boxphish is to inform and educate end-users with regard to the threats posed online and via email. The beauty of the solution is the lack of involvement you need to have as an Administrator. Simply tell your account manager what you would like, for us it was security training one month followed by a phishing campaign the next on a continuous basis. A few questions later the system was implemented and up and running fully integrated into our Microsoft AD accounts for employee single sign-on. The system looks after the rest. For a busy manager, I couldn't ask for more. The training courses provided are engaging and cover the requirements you would expect without being onerous to employees which in turn makes for better uptake and fewer reminders having to be sent.....which the system also does on your behalf. The reporting dashboard is easy to use and gives all of the information you would need in order to evaluate how the company is doing as a whole as well as at a department level and per individual. This allows us to see who may require additional training on aspects of security or how to spot phishing emails. We have been using the system for over a year now and I have never had to contact support as everything just works and is so simple to use. Yasmine, our account manager is brilliant and we have regular catchups just to see how things are going and to highlight any new features that are available that we may want to take advantage of. I recently asked for a quote for additional users and it arrived in my inbox within an hour. The training sessions are very simple to use, they are not time consuming and most users have demonstrated good awareness. The management tools available have helped my business to understand user ability and provide further targeted help and training where its needed rather than a blanket approuch to all users. The simple interface with regular targeted sessions have proved to be invaluable in our continued fight against cyber-crime, where user awareness can become a strong firewall. Well done Boxphish, great work. **What do you dislike about Boxphish?** Users have become paranoid and check every email with the IT team. This will subside as they grow more confident with the knowledge delivered to them through the excellent training sessions. Being over cauitous is a good trait for users to develop, afterall this is what the sessions try to promote, without doubt this is being delivered successfully. **What problems is Boxphish solving and how is that benefiting you?** The awareness sessions are helping to promote an understanding of the dangers of socially engineered cyber attacks and the importance of maintaining secure passwords and vigilant email vetting. ### 47. The library of phishing templates gives us plenty of realistic options to test and educate our staff. Boxphish includes several out of the box reporting dashboards which are incredibly useful for exec and board level reporting.
