BookNox Reviews & Product Details

BookNox turns a week of "what's your pricing?" emails into one shareable link. Independent service vendors set up their packages, add-ons, travel, and deposit terms once, then send clients a single branded page where they pick what they want, see a real total instantly, review and e-sign a contract written for their trade, and pay a deposit, all in one flow. Each of the 14 supported industries (photographers, videographers, wedding planners, wedding venues, florists, officiants, DJs, caterers, hair and makeup artists, doulas, life coaches, virtual assistants, tutors, and web designers) gets its own pricing model and trade-specific, ESIGN and UETA compliant contract language, not one generic template. Contracts are tamper-evident with a full audit trail. Clients type the event address and travel from the studio is mapped and priced onto the quote automatically. Live availability sits on the page: booked dates disappear, weekly holds block recurring commitments, and a Google Calendar event plus ICS invite go out the moment a client pays. Payments run on the vendor's own Stripe account by card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. BookNox is software, never a money holder. Deposits secure the date; balances can collect automatically before the event with autopay, or on an installment plan; recurring monthly engagements are supported. Abandoned quotes trigger an alert so the vendor can follow up. Connect QuickBooks Online and every client payment posts a sales receipt to your company automatically. Pricing is flat: $29 a month, every feature included, no tiers, no annual lock-in, 0% platform fee on bookings (vendors pay only Stripe's standard processing). Building your booking page is free with no card required; subscribing publishes it and delivers proposals. The subscription is billed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record with a 14-day refund window; cancel anytime. Six free tools need no account: invoice generator, fee calculator, Stripe fee calculator, self-employment tax calculator, quarterly estimated tax calculator, and signature generator.
