I was looking for booking software that was suitable for clubs and came across Bookingbird quite by chance—I hadn't heard of it before. Now I use it to make my coaching sessions bookable online, including payment directly via the platform. This saves me a lot of work because I no longer have to deal with every single request.
Getting started wasn't entirely self-explanatory at first, but the support team responded quickly, was super friendly, and even helped me set up the site at no extra cost. I thought that was really great.

Setting up my coaching sessions wasn't quite as easy as I had hoped at first. The structure is very flexible, which is great—but it also makes getting started a little more complex. Once you understand the basic principle, however, it's really easy to use.
Another point: Currently, the system is only available in German and English. According to support, however, this is set to be expanded by the end of the year, which would be helpful for us as an association with international members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
