## About Bookibles
Bookibles is online booking and appointment scheduling software built for service businesses that take appointments. It gives salons, barbershops, spas, personal trainers, yoga and fitness instructors, tutors, photographers, consultants, pet care providers and home service professionals a way to accept bookings online without building a website first. Most small service businesses still schedule by hand, through phone calls, text messages and social media DMs. That means missed messages, repeated back-and-forth over available times, no written record of what was agreed, and revenue lost to no-shows and unfilled slots. Existing appointment scheduling software tends to assume either a full software rollout with configuration and onboarding, or an existing website to embed a booking widget into. Businesses that fit neither assumption often end up using nothing at all. Bookibles removes that first barrier. Every business gets a hosted public booking page listing its services, prices, photos, business hours and location, with a Book button clients can use at any time. The page works as a standalone booking site, so it can be shared from an Instagram bio, a Google Business Profile, a WhatsApp message or an email signature. Clients book without installing an app or creating an account. The scheduling engine supports both fixed and flexible booking types. Fixed appointments run on defined time slots derived from the business's weekly hours, service durations, breaks, exceptions and capacity limits, with availability updating automatically as bookings come in. Flexible and date-only requests handle services where duration or scope varies and the business needs to confirm details before committing. Both run in the same system, so a business offering a mix of standard and variable-length services does not need separate tools. Beyond scheduling, Bookibles includes direct messaging between the business and the client, so conversations about a booking stay attached to that booking rather than scattering across apps. Automated email confirmations and reminders go to both sides to reduce no-shows. Booking statuses — pending, confirmed, completed, cancelled — are visible to both parties. Analytics cover booking volume, repeat clients and estimated booking value. Two-way Google Calendar sync is available on paid plans, publishing bookings to a dedicated calendar and blocking slots against existing busy time. Bookibles is browser-based with no installation, and both the business dashboard and the client booking page work on mobile. A free plan covers 2 services and 50 bookings per month with no card required. Paid plans are flat monthly pricing with no commission on bookings and no per-transaction fee: Pro at 14 USD per month and Max at 25 USD per month.
