"Videos with BombBomb"

What do you like best about BombBomb?

We were looking for an easy-to-use solution to do outbound video outreach. We demoed a couple of others, and the UI and user experience seemed clunky. A sales rep said he used BombBomb and loved it, so we took a look. It was by far the best solution out of those we were looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BombBomb?

There isn't much I dislike about it. The administration could be a bit more polished because the page always takes a couple of minutes to load when I'm trying to purchase more seats. What do you like best about BombBomb?

What do you dislike about BombBomb?

Sometimes my recipients' emails block or quarantine my messages before delivering them. When sending to a non-business Gmail account, it usually gets kicked to the promotions section as opposed to their primary inbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Too hard to navigate no instructions to read through - videos don't work because you can't watch a video while trying to do the work. The website is just too hard to navigate. It is a great concept but too many steps and no help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, it comes down to a cost issue -- when clients have thousands of contacts, it does take up server space, we have to account for the cost, much like MailChimp or any other email automation platform. What do you like best about BombBomb?

Ease of use is a Big FAT 10! The Video/Audio Quality is everything one would want. While I have had little need for support, my one occasion was a painless event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BombBomb?

Can we have the circle for screen recording back please? If we can't have the circle back, what about a green screen effect? Truly, I cannot find much in the way of faults or dislikes, but would love to have a green screen effect or the circle back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BombBomb?

BombBomb allows me to stay in touch with my agents while adding my personality to the communication. It is a more effective way to stay in front of my people while communicating pertinent information. It allows me to know and see who is engaged and who is not based on who opens it and how long they play the video for (% of length). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BombBomb?

What I like most about Bomb bomb is that it is so easy to use, I am dyslexic and work in Quebec and I speak better French and English than I write so this is a tool that has saved me!!! I even use it to do presentations it is a tool I cannot go without! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only issue is that people sometimes think that it is a scam and so they don't want to open it. I now tell people that I meet for the first time, "I will be sending you a video message." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BombBomb?

The use of BombBomb has undoubtedly increased our sales closing rate since it allows clients to see vehicles in their current state. It is also a great way to document the condition of a vehicle at the time of trading, when it is dropped off for service, or before getting in a trailer when being transported.
