What do you like best about BombBomb?

Being able to make people laugh, engage and want to find out more is really hard with a text based email, which is why I use Bomb Bomb video at every opportunity. What problems is BombBomb solving and how is that benefiting you?

BombBomb shows me who wants to hear from me and how much they want to hear too. I love the fact that it tells me who opened the video and then how long they watched too. "Great Integration Tool for Embedding Videos"

What do you like best about BombBomb?

I LOVE that BombBomb integrates with our CRM and makes it super easy for the entire team to utilize our video content. Agents are able to create emails in our CRM and add in videos with ease. BombBomb makes it super easy to organize videos into folders and most importantly, is a tried and true to solution for both embedding videos and getting a URL without posting to a public platform like YouTube. What do you dislike about BombBomb?

It can be a little slow at times when uploading videos. I would never upload more than 5 in a day because I would basically be watching paint dry for 2 hours. I also wish you could edit the video details while it is uploading. A little silly that doing something as simple as editing the title cancels the upload altogether. I don't always want to post videos on public platforms like YouTube but the fast uploading and efficient use of editing during that time makes it a better option when I'm in a pinch. What problems is BombBomb solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a real estate team, we need embed links and video URL to add our virtual tours to the MLS. They are specific rules regarding virtual tours. (i.e no contact info or branding). BombBomb meets those requirements for us. It also integrates with our CRM making email marketing extremely easy. It is also an essential tool in analyzing and adjusting our video marketing strategies through its analytics tools. "Excellent Tool to Showcase Properties"

What do you like best about BombBomb?

I have been using BombBomb for more than 10 years. I always shoot a quick video on every property I represent in the real estate rental business. The BombBomb platform makes it a breeze to copy and paste my pre-written scripts for description of property and remarks. If the client does not like the property tour, I just saved myself a trip. If the client likes what they see in some cases I have leased properties sight unseen! Particularly individuals coming across country. BombBomb has also made improvements with the presentation on what the client see when they receive my video's. Bottom line, I could not imagine doing business without BombBomb. "Everyone should be using BombBomb"

What do you like best about BombBomb?

I've been using BB for a few years now and I love it.

It is so easy to use - pretty much plug-and-play - that it's hard to do it wrong. I don't usually record using BB live; rather, I record a video externally and then upload it.

My favourite thing is the dynamic integration in email; the thumbnail view is fantastic, and I always get a lot of hits on my videos.

The 1-2 times I've had support issues, their team is THE BEST. They investigated my issue right away, and most recently, by reaching out to support, I learned they had a video trimming feature that cut a step out of my original workflow and simplified my life further.

Also love that they use their own tool internally, sending me quick videos to share feedback and touch base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BombBomb?

One feature I would love to see is a little more granularity around views of my videos - especially when I send to multiple folks. I'd like to see who exactly has watched it and for how long.

In 2023-24, we addressed some issues around the spam topic, and also, new Google and other rules have pushed us forward in terms of how we orchestrate emails and data. That said, an individual's email like Gmail or Outlook will always be persnicky as to who gets put into the "focused" inbox.

Bombbomb is a great app, the only thing I dislike is not being able to add in a background when it says we can, it would be nice not to see the wall behind me but it's so minimal that I wouldn't bother complaining about it.
