The severe lack of customer service. Email tracking doesn't work, now all our snippets not working. I've tried numerous times to contact customer support with no response. HORRIBLE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bombbomb is a quick and easy to use platform"

What do you like best about BombBomb?

Bombbomb is very user-friendly. I was able to get the hang of it in a very short time and implement it into my daily tasks easily. Anytime I've had an issue, which is very few, support has always been extremely helpful and quick to respond. I would say each team member uses Bombbomb a minimum of once a day. What do you dislike about BombBomb?

"BombBomb is an integral part of my marketing, transactions and even has a personal role in my life!"

What do you like best about BombBomb?

BombBomb lets me add my face to my name in all my marketing. It also allows me to give detailed instructions for my real estate transactions. If people have TLDR syndrome, this helps overcome that. I can also create one video and reuse it over and over again. One of the best features is that the back office allows me to organize, rename and delete videos. I can even create videos in the back office and upload videos that I make outside the platform. One of the coolest things I do with the platform is to record a holiday song video with my family, then send it to my database. And then we send it to our family as well. They love it! What do you dislike about BombBomb?

BombBomb's downside is that you have to use it regularly to be effective. Sure, it runs in the background when you are sleeping. But, the real power is engaging people every day. I find that I go through spurts of activity and inactivity. If I just did a few a day instead of one day with a bunch, that might be easier and I wouldn't beat myself up mentally. What do you like best about BombBomb?

Since so many of my buyers are from out of state and I don't have the ability to meet them in person, Bombomb allows me to break through all the walls of anonymity and technology so that I can establish rapport with my prospective clients. The ease of use is what most people will really enjoy, whether you're sending a video from the mobile app or the desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BombBomb?

When it comes to tracking I don't always get accurate intel about which email address watched my video. When I called into customer service I had to try clearing cache or something else to remedy it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BombBomb solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to convert people into clients that I normally would never be able to. I can't tell you how many times a buyer has said to me "we loved your video and being able to place your face with the name was the reason why we called you." In the title I mentioned personal relationships and the great thing is that with friends and family, if you have the mobile app it's so easy to reach out to someone other than simply texting and send them a quick video to let them know you're thinking about them or capturing a moment where you are. "I use BombBomb daily!"

What do you like best about BombBomb?

BombBomb is an effective way of communicating via email. Most written text has little to no emotion in it. It only has inferred emotion. Sending emails through BombBomb allows the "reader" to receive more personalized communication and know exactly what emotions you are trying to convey! Also, it only takes a minute or two to record a video. I also find BombBomb to be a very effective tool for teaching new tasks! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BombBomb?

I have used BombBomb for a few years and have sent over 600 videos. I can't think of anything that doesn't work or that I don't like. I guess if I were going to change one thing, it would be to have the email templates a little bit more intuitive. I find them somewhat difficult to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BombBomb?

In a typical email, the reader cannot tell your passion or emotion. Bomb bomb is way more engaging than a typical email. My open rate is 96%. It is way easier than other video email options. I also like that the system tracks email opens and also tracks video views even to the point of how much % of a video was watched Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BombBomb?

The integration with Outlook is spotty. When it works, it works great. However, many times I have to deactivate the add-on or my email will not load, or I need to load in safe mode. It is easier to put a title on when going through the website vs the Outlook integration Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BombBomb solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can communicate much deeper and it also saves me time in that I do not have to spend drafting an email and then editing. I can send way more video emails in the time I can send one written email.
