I really appreciate how Bolster AI regularly sends notifications if it finds anything suspicious posted about our organization online. It's great that it checks if the people on social media claiming to be part of our organization are genuine and alerts us so we can investigate. I also value their feature called live detections on social media, which makes it easy to see all live posts and information regarding our organization. Many times, when we try to take down a post or ask social media platforms to remove URLs that match our organization's URLs, it takes a lot of time for them to comply. They really need to improve that process. Since day one with Bolster these sites have decreased significantly, with very little work on our end besides occassional monitoring.
