"Simple, Secure, and Reliable eSignature Solution"
4.5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

What I like best about BoldSign is its simple, intuitive interface combined with powerful eSignature capabilities. It makes it easy to create, send, and track documents for signature while offering useful features like reusable templates, automated reminders, secure audit trails, and flexible signing workflows. I also appreciate its strong security and compliance standards, seamless integrations with popular business applications, and developer-friendly API. Overall, BoldSign provides a reliable, user-friendly, and cost-effective solution for managing electronic signatures without unnecessary complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

One aspect I dislike about BoldSign is that, while it offers a strong set of core eSignature features, some advanced capabilities and third-party integrations are not as extensive or mature as those offered by more established competitors. Additionally, certain customization options for branding and workflows can feel somewhat limited for organizations with highly specialized requirements. However, for most businesses, these limitations are relatively minor compared to its ease of use, reliability, and overall value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"After reviewing a number of alternatives to DocuSign, I decided on BoldSign for he following reasons"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

1) Fixed pricing - unlimited envelopes.

2) Easy for my tenants to select there signature style on documents (my tenants are not tech savvy).

3) Flexible on how the email appeared to the tenant. I needed the email to only show the property management company and not my name.

4) Customizable form that I use for company meeting minutes.

All in all, BoldSign is a wonderful product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

I haven't found anything yet, the only issue I run into is using the voice recording from my phone. Some time it kicks it out for some reason. But it's not a major issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BoldSign: Fast, intuitive e-signing with a clean UI and smart templates"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

BoldSign has made handling documents much simpler without adding unnecessary complexity. Creating a document, assigning signature fields, and sending it for signing is quick, even for someone who doesn't use e-signature software every day. I also like that I can track document progress without sending follow-up emails all the time. The interface is clean, and after using it regularly, it becomes easy to manage recurring documents with templates Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

The core features work well, but there are a few areas that could be refined. Some advanced customization options take a little time to figure out, and I would appreciate more built-in integrations with business tools. The mobile experience is functional, but a smoother workflow for reviewing and managing documents on smaller screens would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BoldSign Makes Client Agreements Simple with Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I like that BoldSign is designed where you bring the final document in and then set it up for signature in BoldSign. The previous program we were using for client agreements required the document to be edited within the program and that made things more complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

The only thing that I don't like about BoldSign is that I would like to be able to more or less lock all my settings in place for some of my templates, because I will occasionally forget a setting and sometimes that requires me to redo the whole template. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The perfect solution for signing global contracts"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I really like BoldSign for its intuitive simplicity and high speed of operation. The automatic sending of contracts via email has become a key tool for us, significantly simplifying everyday tasks.

Instead of spending time manually setting up each document, I regularly use the template system. This allows us to standardize our contracts, and the well-designed drag-and-drop interface enables us to instantly place signature fields. Such automation saves our team several hours weekly, freeing us from routine tasks.

The informative Dashboard deserves a special mention: the ability to track the status of all contracts in real-time allows us to clearly control deadlines and promptly remind clients of the need to sign.

What was a pleasant surprise:

An unexpected advantage for us was the depth of integrations. BoldSign seamlessly fit into our existing application stack, eliminating the need for constant tab switching.

Efficiency and support:

From an ROI (return on investment) perspective, the service justifies itself 100%. We not only reduced paper and logistics costs but also significantly accelerated the deal closure cycle. I would also like to note the onboarding process: the support helped us quickly understand all the nuances, so the transition to the new system was almost imperceptible to our workflows.

BoldSign is not just a signing tool; it's a reliable assistant that has taken our workflow to a new level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

Overall, I am completely satisfied with the service, and I am pleased with its functionality. However, there are a few aspects that could make the user experience even better:

Pricing Policy: Despite the high value of the product, the subscription cost seems a bit high, especially for small businesses or freelancers with variable workloads. More flexible pricing plans or discounts for long-term cooperation would significantly increase ROI and make the service more accessible to a wider range of professionals.

Mobile App/Interface: Although the desktop version works great, there are sometimes difficulties when needing to quickly check the status or send a document "on the go." Improving mobile adaptation or releasing a full-fledged app with push notifications for contract signing would significantly speed up the response to changes in work processes.

Localization and AI Tools: It would be useful to see deeper AI integration for automatic recognition of key fields in uploaded PDF files. This would further reduce the time spent on document preparation, which is currently done manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exactly what I needed for API-based proposals"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I've been using BoldSign for about two months now to automate sending client proposals via their API, and it's been a solid find. The API is well-documented and straightforward to work with, which made integration pretty painless. Pricing is reasonable compared to other options I tried, and the few times I reached out to support they were responsive and helpful. I went through several e-signature solutions before landing on this one and BoldSign just fit my workflow better than the others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

Still working my way through all the features after two months. There is a lot the platform can do and I haven't had time to explore all of it yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Switch to BoldSign: Intuitive Platform with Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I’ve been a long-time user of DocuSign, so switching platforms wasn’t something I took lightly. That said, I couldn’t be happier that our IT director introduced us to BoldSign.

The platform is very simple and intuitive to use, everything just makes sense without needing a lot of training or setup. It’s been a smooth transition for our team, and we’ve had zero issues getting up and running.

What really stands out is their customer support. Any time we’ve had questions or needed help, their team has been responsive, helpful, and easy to work with.

Overall, BoldSign has been a great switch for us, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly e-signature solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

the app is a little clunky. Not the most user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Intuitive E-Signatures with Templates—But Limited Advanced Workflows"
4/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

BoldSign is very easy to use and makes sending documents for signature fast and straightforward. The interface feels clean and intuitive, and the signing process is simple for clients. I also like that I can create templates, which saves a lot of time when I’m sending the same types of documents repeatedly. Overall, it offers good value for the price compared with some competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

While the core features work well overall, there are still a few areas that could be improved. The UI can occasionally feel a bit basic, and some of the more advanced workflow and customization options seem limited compared to more established e-signature platforms. Integrations and automation are also somewhat constrained, and could be made more flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

We love the functionality of BoldSign. We have a team of people and love that we can structure teams to share documents and to be able to check on documents when other team members may be absent. Training was easy and we like the option of being able to replace team members with new ones without having to create or pay for new seats. It's also great to be able to see when customers view the documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

The only thing we dislike is the availability to reset passwords. We use Gmail to sign on but have not figured out a convenient way to be able to reset our password if not using Gmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamline Signatures for Fraud Protection"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I like BoldSign because it made it easy to collect signed transportation agreements and payment authorizations from my customers without having to deal with printing or scanning documents. The interface is clean and straightforward, so I was able to create templates and start sending documents with very little setup. One feature I found especially valuable is the Stripe identity verification option. Since I work with customers across the country, being able to verify a signer before completing an agreement helps reduce fraud and gives me more confidence that the person signing is legitimate. I also appreciated the email notifications and document tracking, which made it easy to see when customers viewed and completed their documents. Overall, BoldSign simplified my document workflow and saved time compared to handling paperwork manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

Overall, I had a good experience with BoldSign, but I would like to see more native integrations with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel. My business relies heavily on automation, so having documents automatically generated, sent, tracked, and synced with customer records would eliminate manual steps and save time. While third-party tools can bridge some of the gap, a direct integration would make the workflow much smoother for businesses that depend on CRM automation. Expanding the integration library would make BoldSign an even stronger solution for growing companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
