Adonis helps you to easily model your processes and then share them with your process collaborators. Via link or via reading portal everyone can access and read or comment on processes. Also, IT applications, risks or documents can be linked to the processes and thus Adonis provides the basis for transformation projects, risk management, business-IT-alignment etc. **What do you dislike about ADONIS BPM Suite?** Adonis is actually super easy to use but because there is so much information, it seems overloaded at the beginning. I would like Adonis to be more streamlined and expandable in a second step. **What problems is ADONIS BPM Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Process Optimization: With ADONIS BPM Suite, we've transformed the way we handle our business processes. Its UX is exceptionally clean and complete: you do not need to be trained to start mapping your processes. **What do you dislike about ADONIS BPM Suite?** The implementation of the SSO login was a little bit complicated at the beginning, but then it was solved with the help of their IT department. The pdf export resolution is not the best. **What problems is ADONIS BPM Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gave us the opportunity to shift our framework about process mapping and visualizing: it's easier now to share new best practices showing the processes that best fit the objective. ### 3. Helps to shine a light on your business and gets all your employees and business contacts on the same page. **What do you dislike about ADONIS BPM Suite?** I dislike that Adonis BPM is not currently mobile friendly, aside from it not being mobile friendly. Sometimes the report checks come back not very accurate. That can be difficult when you need the most accurate information for your business. **What problems is ADONIS BPM Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I love that this product is fairly easy to use, the software aids in business designing and documentation. One can connect Roles, Functions, and Relevant artifacts seamlessly. One can develop levels and add standard details across the organization. One can add all complexities of the as-is process like Cost, Quality, Demand, flow, etc. One can export or import process models from another tool. Multiple reporting formats are also one excellent feature that can cater to different stakeholders. One can use other Frameworks like DMN, and processes can be linked in an Architectural setup using ADOIT, Enterprise Architecture twin tool of Adonis. **What do you dislike about ADONIS BPM Suite?** Limitations of Adonis BPM like one cannot access repository without an active internet connection. Overall cost of implementation can be higher too. **What problems is ADONIS BPM Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Adonis BPM tool is at the core of multiple business transformation programs to simplify processes and achieve process excellence benefits. It supported everything I needed to do for process improvement, strategy and enterprise business modelling. ADONIS has a well considered, standards based approach to modelling, has added significant meta-data to modelling objects, and has tied it together holistically into a great modelling tool. easy of use - user interface - reporting system - versioning of processes - useful and adjusted dashboards adjusted according to the business function - integrated release process - ISO 9001 compatibility **What do you dislike about ADONIS BPM Suite?** The Community Version is naturally limited. I'd love to get my hands on the Enterprise version and customise the framework, tying together some parallel constructs from different disciplines to make it more holistic. What I'd really like to see is a version in between the Community and Enterprise versions that would allow SMEs to benefit from this great product. The interface of score card can be more eye-pleasing - Some BI reporting tool can be integrated. Complex admin toolkit **What problems is ADONIS BPM Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Contracted for a three month project to help improve a planning process in a local council. I was the sole resource, and they relied on me to choose an effective tool and to set methodology and standards. You can learn all business modelling methodology and expand it all your business with working with this software and provider. ### 6.
