Not the best experience **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Kristin S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2023 **What do you like best about BoardWorks?** I liked that Boardworks gave our shareholders a place to go and see thier shares. **What do you dislike about BoardWorks?** I disliked a lot about Boardworks, it was expensive (every time something needed to be chagned like someons's address they charged you), and in general they were a pain to work with. They took forever to make changes and tended to over promise and under deliver. **What problems is BoardWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gave our shareholders a place for them to go to see thier shares and helped us with Cap table management. ### 2. I can have my whole, the clients and my Chairman in a group and we schedule meetings and discuss progress real time. This ease of access feature is unavailable in most of BoardWorks competitors. A single tool to manage directories and members. **What do you dislike about BoardWorks?** It's good at not too hefty a price; The syncing should've been much faster. That's probably the only thing holding this app besides a few server issues and not being able to upload new files during a published meeting. **What problems is BoardWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a tool to handle clients files and meetings at the same time, this tool was fitting and was just the right app for what we needed out of a app. We've seen an increase in productivity and pipeline times. ### 3. The education group is getting great benifits out of it but these few improvements can be a great deal for future references. **What problems is BoardWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** The major problem which this tool is solving for me is filling the bridging gap between teachers and students in an overheaded online environment. It becomes way more flexible to keep all the courses and students database well organised. ### 4. The team is superb and committed. I like that they have good online support. It works on several platforms and improves productivity. **What do you dislike about BoardWorks?** There are still minor things that could be improved to make it even more useful.The connection is not as stable as other software we use (like zoom).Sometime of the keyboard input can be a bit laggy. **What problems is BoardWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping everyone on track and as a "neutral" moderator is great. One of the better software I have used for collaboration that's easy to use and friendly for new users. ### 5.
