What do you like best about BMC Release Process Management?

The two features that have impressed me with this software most are the easy-to-use interface as well as the functionality of handling delivery of software releases for my firm. When it comes to the application of I have implemented a tool called BMC Release Process Management with which I have been in a position to better manage the release of my software as well as have a better control of the changes done in every single release. What do you dislike about BMC Release Process Management?

However, what I personally do not like is that at times the interface may be somewhat difficult to manage especially to persons who have not used this kind of tool before. However, the BMC support team has always been there for me to fix anything or answer any questions I may have had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
