Offers both on prem and cloud. Although, would be nice to have network hardware compliance control from the console as well. **Recommendations to others considering BMC Helix Client Management:** It's a solid win for those looking to manage a large swath of endpoints over different environments. The rapid deployment and control works great. 30 day review is worth the look, give it a shot **What problems is BMC Helix Client Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** My problem was deploying compliance scripts to users endpoints. With BMC it not only provided rapid deployment, but also gave me almost instant feedback on the dashboard. ### 3. Client Management covers all area's you would expect from a client management perspective but done really well. Patch Management is brilliant and not only does it cover Microsoft patches but also covers all other types of products based on the Ivanti database (Shavlik) which means you can use pre-tested patches for peace of mind. Inventory Management, OSD and Device Management are great. the Ability to restrict applications until they have been allocated (authorised) a license can save a lot of money especially when you are due to be audited. **What do you dislike about BMC Helix Client Management?** Interface could do with improving and modernising but functionality wise is great. **What problems is BMC Helix Client Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** License Management has been a massive requirement which BCM has solved. Ability for the support agents to remote control from just clicking on the Incident when a user phones in has saved a lot of time for our engineers. ### 12.
