BlueCat LiveAssurance (formerly BlueCat Infrastructure Assurance, or BCIA) is a proactive observability and automation solution that helps prevent network disruption before it happens. Think of it as a virtual network expert, on duty 24/7 — but its reach now extends beyond DDI: LiveAssurance protects core network services like BlueCat Integrity (including Address Manager and BDDS components), as well as firewalls and load balancers from a wide range of vendors. LiveAssurance works in three stages. First, it continuously measures security, performance, and configuration metrics, cross-referencing them against best-practice benchmarks and internal or external standards. Second, when it detects an issue, it automatically triages and diagnoses the root cause — giving admins context on why the issue is happening, not just that it happened. Third, it delivers instant remediation recommendations, drawing on a knowledge base of certified, production-ready automation steps, so admins know exactly what to do next.

The system looks pretty solid, I am unable to find a bug in latest version. Ease of use and performance is OK for me, hw requirements are low. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
