BloomBoard is proposal and production software built for wedding and event florists. It gives your studio one clear path from the first enquiry to the last vase collected, so the whole event doesn't have to live in your head. Proposals: build from templates, send a polished web link (no client login needed), collect e-signatures, keep every version, download a PDF. Recipes and orders: design each arrangement as a recipe. Stem counts roll up into supplier order sheets and market shopping lists. Import supplier price lists and keep multiple prices, with history, per item. Week-of production: timelines, run sheets, checklists and delivery plans. Freelancers join through share links and everyone sees the same plan. Finances: live margins while you design, plus quotes, deposits, payment schedules and invoices. Automatic VAT and any supplier currency.
