Contracted for a 500 word blog piece. I have been searching thoroughly online for a new content provider. After accepting terms (500 word blog), details (no questions) and payment, no content provided on time or 24 hours past agreed upon delivery. And zero contact after several attempts. Disappointed. Would suggest seeking alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would suggest seeking alternatives. There are many content providers out there so settling for substandard service should not be tolerated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

Problems are they have yet to communicate with me in anyway. Benefits? None... it is a holiday and the content I expected is absent and I am left scrambling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
