"Turns Plain-English Questions into Accurate SQL in Seconds"
4.5/5
What do you like best about BlazeSQL?

What I like most is how quickly it turns plain-English questions into accurate SQL queries. It removes the technical barrier for non-programmers, saving our team hours of manual coding and letting us pull critical data insights right away without having to wait for data engineering support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlazeSQL?

It can struggle with highly complex business logic and deeply customized database schemas, so the generated queries sometimes still need a manual review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient SQL Querying with AI Assistance"
5/5
What do you like best about BlazeSQL?

I use BlazeSQL on my Mac to write SQL queries and explore databases, and it helps me find the data I need much faster. Working with databases is much more efficient, especially when exploring unfamiliar tables or building queries quickly. I spend less time troubleshooting and more time getting results. The clean interface makes everything easy to navigate, and the AI-assisted query feature is my favorite; it helps me build accurate SQL queries and reduces the time I spend writing or fixing them. The initial setup was straightforward and only took a few minutes to connect to my database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlazeSQL?

I'd like to see slightly better performance when working with larger databases as it can feel a bit slower at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BlazeSQL Saves Time with Fast, User-Friendly Data Exploration"
5/5
What do you like best about BlazeSQL?

The best thing about BlazeSQL is how much time it saves. Instead of spending a lot of effort writing and debugging SQL queries, I can simply describe what I need and get results quickly. It's user-friendly, works well with different databases, and makes data exploration much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlazeSQL?

The main downside is that AI-generated results can occasionally require manual refinement for complex use cases. Other than that, the platform is easy to use and does what it's meant to do well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BlazeSQL: Powerful Natural Language to SQL Solution"
4.5/5
What do you like best about BlazeSQL?

I have been using BlazeSQL from last few months & it understands the database schema quite well. It actually allows us to ask questions in plain English & generates the accurate SQL queries automatically that is very efficient & time saving. The best thing about using BlazeSQL is that it supports multiple databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, Oracle, Databricks, and more. Its No-code analytics is quite useful for those who is not an expertise in writing SQL queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlazeSQL?

I’d say BlazeSQL is one of the best tools for generating SQL for analytics. That said, like other generative AI tools, it can potentially hallucinate, so it shouldn’t be treated as a complete replacement for skilled data engineers or analysts. It also tends to struggle with very complex analytics and has limited domain knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamline SQL Queries Efficiently"
4/5
What do you like best about BlazeSQL?

I found it interesting that BlazeSQL helps me a lot in generating a first version of the query when I don't exactly remember the name of the table or how to do the joins. What I liked the most is that it facilitates the mechanism to explore a database that I don't know very well or to validate information quickly, without wasting so much time writing a query manually. BlazeSQL makes the work more agile for day-to-day tasks. Also, the initial setup was quite simple, and the interface is easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlazeSQL?

Sometimes BlazeSQL interprets the question differently than one expects. Also, it would be helpful if it explained a bit more why it generated a certain query. I would like it to suggest alternatives when a query can be done in several ways or indicate which would be the most efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BlazeSQL can be used by non technical users without SQL knowledge. It auto structures data, connects multiple sources & runs complex queries in seconds. Teams get insights faster without waiting for data engineers. No more manual data cleaning or spreadsheet chaos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlazeSQL?

Performance degrades with massive datasets of 100M+ rows. Limited customization for complex business logic. Expensive for small teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Fast SQL Queries, with Opportunities to Improve Explainability"
3/5
What do you like best about BlazeSQL?

it helps translate business questions into queries while still giving users visibility and control over the generated SQL. That combination of accessibility, speed, and transparency makes it useful for both technical and non-technical users, and it has the potential to significantly streamline data analysis workflows Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlazeSQL?

One area for improvement is helping users better understand and verify AI-generated SQL, especially for complex queries. Features like clearer explanations of query logic, confidence indicators, or more proactive suggestions for optimizing queries could increase trust and make the tool even more useful. "Natural-Language Dashboards That Save Engineers Time"
4/5
What do you like best about BlazeSQL?

Non-technical users can generate dashboards and pull ad-hoc reports in natural language, while technical users save significant time on repetitive query writing, debugging, and schema exploration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlazeSQL?

For straightforward queries and aggregations, the SQL output is reliable. However, for heavily nested subqueries, advanced window functions, or complex multi-table joins, the generated code often still requires manual debugging and refinement by an engineer.
