"Effortless SQL Querying, Needs More Customization"
4/5
What do you like best about BlazeSQL?

I use BlazeSQL to quickly analyze data, generate SQL queries, and get useful insights from databases without writing complex SQL manually. It solves the problem of writing complex SQL queries manually, helping me quickly generate queries, analyze data, and get insights, saving time and effort. I like that BlazeSQL makes SQL easier and faster by helping generate queries and providing quick insights from data. The initial setup was quite easy and straightforward, allowing me to connect the data and start generating SQL queries without much technical effort. I'd highly recommend BlazeSQL because it makes SQL generation and data analysis faster and easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlazeSQL?

I find that the generated SQL sometimes needs manual review or adjustment, especially when dealing with complex queries. More customization would be helpful, like having more control over the generated SQL for customizing query logic, joins, filters, and output format. Better support for complex business requirements and clearer explanations when a query needs manual adjustment would also improve the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Data Queries with Intuitive UI"
4/5
What do you like best about BlazeSQL?

I use BlazeSQL to make working with databases easier, mostly to get data from SQL databases, analyze it, and create useful reports without having to write complicated queries. It primarily saves me time, as I don't spend ages writing and fixing SQL queries, especially for simple data questions. I like how easy it is to use; I can ask what I need in plain words instead of writing complex SQL, and it gives results quickly, making data less stressful. I mostly like the natural-language SQL feature because it helps turn my queries into SQL, saving a lot of time. The data visualization and dashboard features are useful as they make the results easier to understand and share. The initial setup was pretty easy, not taking much time, and connecting the database was straightforward. I could get started without needing much technical help. What do you dislike about BlazeSQL?

Sometimes the generated SQL needs a bit of checking, especially for more complicated questions. I’d also like the responses to be a little faster at times. And having more customization options for dashboards and charts would be nice. I think the dashboard customization could be more flexible. It would be useful to have more control over the layout, chart styles, colors, filters, and how different charts are arranged. Being able to save different dashboard views for different teams or reports would also be helpful. Basically, I’d like more freedom to make the dashboards match the way I actually use and present the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BlazeSQL: Fast SQL queries in natural language and noticeable time savings"
4.5/5
What do you like best about BlazeSQL?

With BlazeSQL, I can quickly formulate data queries in natural language without needing in-depth SQL knowledge. I find the easy operation, the rapid creation of suitable SQL queries, and the noticeable time savings in data analysis particularly helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlazeSQL?

BlazeSQL can occasionally provide inaccurate or still improvable SQL suggestions for more complex database queries. Another disadvantage is the strong dependency on the respective data structure, as the results are significantly influenced by how well the database is constructed and documented. Additionally, the advanced features can become more costly with prolonged use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Data Analysis with Quick SQL Generation"
3.5/5
What do you like best about BlazeSQL?

I use BlazeSQL to analyze data and generate SQL queries more efficiently. It helps me explore datasets, get insights quickly, and save time when working with databases and reports. BlazeSQL saves me time by making SQL query generation much easier and reducing the need to write complex queries from scratch. It also helps me understand and explore data faster, troubleshoot queries, and turn business questions into useful data insights more efficiently. What I like most is how quickly BlazeSQL turns natural-language questions into SQL queries and useful insights. It makes data analysis more accessible, saves time, and reduces the effort for writing and debugging complex SQL manually. I also like how easy it is to explore data without constantly switching between tools; the natural-language interaction, quick query generation, and ability to refine questions make the overall analysis workflow much smoother. The initial setup was quite easy and straightforward, connecting the data source and getting started with queries didn’t take much time, and the interface was intuitive enough to start using it without extensive training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlazeSQL?

One area that could be improved is the accuracy of more complex SQL queries—occasionally, generated queries need manual adjustment, especially with complicated join or business-specific logic. More customization and stronger query validation would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Faster Self-Service Data Analysis"
3.5/5
What do you like best about BlazeSQL?

BlazeSQL understands your database schema and lets you query it using natural language, then generates SQL and visualizations. It speeds up exploratory analysis significantly, and it’s especially helpful for people who don’t know SQL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlazeSQL?

My main concern is accuracy when working with complex schemas. AI-generated SQL can look perfectly valid on the surface, yet still apply the wrong join, filter, or underlying business logic. BlazeSQL itself notes that AI output can contain errors and should be validated.

For sensitive data, security and data-handling requirements are also an important consideration, and how much of a concern this is may depend on the deployment model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BlazeSQL Makes Database Querying Fast, Simple, and Efficient"
5/5
What do you like best about BlazeSQL?

What I like best about BlazeSQL is how easy it makes working with databases using natural language. Instead of writing complex SQL queries manually, I can simply describe what I need, and it generates accurate queries quickly. The interface is intuitive, which makes it useful for both technical and non-technical users. It saves a lot of time when exploring data, creating reports, and analyzing large datasets. Overall, BlazeSQL helps improve productivity by making database querying faster, simpler, and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlazeSQL?

One downside is that AI-generated SQL queries occasionally need manual review or adjustment, especially for complex database schemas or advanced business logic. While the tool is generally accurate, there can be a learning curve when configuring connections or understanding how to get the best results from natural language prompts. I'd also like to see more customization options and deeper support for highly specialized SQL dialects. Overall, these are relatively minor issues compared to the time savings and convenience the platform provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Instant, Schema-Aware SQL from Plain English—Powerful BI Dashboards Without Coding"
5/5
What do you like best about BlazeSQL?

What I like best about BlazeSQL is its ability to instantly transform plain English prompts into highly accurate, schema-aware SQL queries. It handles complex joins, aggregations, and subqueries effortlessly, allowing both technical developers and non-technical team members to extract database insights, generate custom charts, and build interactive BI dashboards without manual coding Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlazeSQL?

While BlazeSQL performs very well on standard schemas, extremely complex, deeply nested database structures or non-standard SQL dialects can occasionally require manual fine-tuning. Additionally, setting up custom table definitions or metadata context initially requires careful configuration to get optimal query results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BlazeSQL?

I love BlazeSQL's ability to perfectly understand natural language requests and generate exact SQL code on the first try. The interface is intuitive, making database exploration extremely simple and enjoyable. I mainly use BlazeSQL to quickly generate SQL queries in natural language, query my databases without writing complex code, and speed up my daily data analysis. BlazeSQL saves me valuable time by directly translating my business needs into precise SQL queries. This avoids manually writing complex queries, significantly reduces syntax errors, and allows me to quickly obtain the data necessary for my decision-making. It was extremely simple and quick to set up. Connecting to our databases was done without difficulty and the team was able to get started almost immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Intuitive Natural-Language SQL That Saves Time"
4.5/5
What do you like best about BlazeSQL?

how easy it makes querying databases using natural language. Instead of writing complex SQL from scratch, I can describe what I need in plain English and get accurate queries almost instantly. The interface is clean and intuitive, the responses are fast, and it's especially useful for quickly exploring data, creating reports, and validating ideas. It also saves a significant amount of time for both technical and non-technical users while reducing the chances of SQL syntax errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlazeSQL?

One drawback is that the AI occasionally generates queries that need minor manual adjustments for more complex database schemas or edge cases. I’d also like to see better context retention across conversations, more customization for generated SQL, and deeper support for advanced analytics workflows. While it's great for everyday querying, there’s still room to improve accuracy and flexibility for highly complex use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
