We have been using Blazeo for several years for a live chat feature on our website and the response from customers has been great. We recently started using them for our inbound call center and it has really helped take the workload off of our receptionist and is great for after hours answering without the cost of hiring a 24/7 receptionist. Each chat agent is super helpful with any potential lead. They do a great job of evaluating the problem and eliciting thorough answers which can be difficult in a legal environment. Their customer service is always top-notch. I have also always been impressed by the speed at which the transcripts arrive to us and allow us to engage the customer.
