"Rock-Solid Connectivity, but Onboarding and Batch Updates Are Painful"
What do you like best about BLAZE?

I have worked at 4 dispensaries in IL. Blaze BY FAR has the bets server connectivity, with no loss to service rendering our ability to do business inoperable. This is a HUGE advantage compared to Dutchie/Sweed servers that consistently run into trouble weekly/monthly. I can only count x2 instances of bad network/server response with Blaze, keeping our pace of business consistent day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BLAZE?

The onboarding process with Blaze is extremely burdensome to navigate. Blaze also does not allow batch-specific product info conditions. For example: if we onboard a product we already have in-stock, but that product has a different THC%, we need to manually change the THC% for that product once we make the new one live. Further, this works the same for pricing for new onboards. If I onboard a product I already have, after selling through the first batch, we may need to change the retail price for the unit that we recieved, rather than the former price, we then have to audit this across a few products daily to ensure we are showing the same price. If blaze would allow us to set both cost AND retail of a product based on SKU, that would be more idea. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
