The well thought out and exhaustive suite of features that the product provides makes it a one stop solution for social led sales. The product links up very well with our existing systems and was very easy to get started with. The onboarding call and ongoing support have been exceptional and they actively participate in brainstorming new ideas and campaigns. Very glad to have found them. **What do you dislike about Blaze AI?** Can't think of any reason. There are however some feature requests that they are working on that would make the product even more powerful. **What problems is Blaze AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Blaze has opened up a new growth channel for us. Although the idea that social platforms hold a wealth of information about prospective buyers is not new, it was very difficult to action on it. How to find the right person at the right time and immediately reaching out to them was impossible. With Blaze we run social searches to find users who engage with our category and then run DM campaigns on LinkedIn to reach out to them. This has opened up a lot of new opportunities for our sales team. ### 2. I found to tool to be really intuitive and easy to set up. Blaze has the best customer support team and I use the platform daily. The breadth of features is very impressive as blaze helps with everything from lead generation to multi-step outreach campaigns to convert them. Blaze APIs helps you integrate easily with existing systems. **What do you dislike about Blaze AI?** I don’t have any particular problems with Blaze AI. The product is young and have had some latency issues in the past but the team seems to have made considerable improvement on this front. **What problems is Blaze AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Blaze is creating a whole new channel for running B2B outreach campaigns. They plug into multiple sources of data across the web including popular social media platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter and creates ‘signals’ of leads. We use these leads and information about them as a part of our marketing and sales processes. We have had great success in acquiring customers with Blaze. ### 3.
