## About Blastra
Blastra is a tech listings management platform built for B2B software companies. It manages product narrative across high-quality directories and review platforms such as G2, Capterra, SourceForge, TrustRadius, and others. The platform assesses where a company is already listed, identifies unclaimed or unknown listings, analyzes gaps in directory coverage, and recommends fixes. It then executes on behalf of the customer — creating, optimizing, and maintaining listings across more than 25 directories. Core capabilities include presence scanning to evaluate existing listings and narrative consistency, gap analysis to surface missing coverage, and AI-powered directory recommendations based on product category and target customer. Blastra handles account setup, listing creation, submission tracking, and follow-up on pending approvals. A centralized dashboard provides a single view of all listings, their statuses, credentials, profile links, and review collection links. It supports multi-product companies with separate profiles mapped to different directory categories and taxonomies, handling naming variations across platforms. Cross-directory category taxonomy mapping ensures consistent placement. Ongoing maintenance includes regular listing updates, listing decay detection for stale content or outdated screenshots, and review monitoring across platforms. Onboarding is self-service with AI assistance, including product information import from a company's website with manual override and email forwarding setup for directory verification. Blastra serves teams that ship frequent product updates but struggle to propagate changes across third-party platforms, large companies with fragmented existing listings, companies emerging from stealth building initial presence, post-funding companies seeking credibility through reviews and badges, and organizations going through a rebrand or pivot that need synchronized updates everywhere. It operates as the equivalent of a dedicated team member responsible for third-party presence at a fraction of the cost.

## Blastra Reviews
 ### 1. Very Helpful Platform for Managing Software Listings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucien Everett V. | SEO Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Blastra?**

When I am updating a listing, it gives me a useful starting point for descriptions and helps me make the content clearer without having to begin from a blank page. I also like that it keeps the work organized, so I can review details and make changes more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Blastra?**

The AI suggestions can sometimes be too general, so I still need to edit the wording to make it fit the product and audience. I would like more options to adjust the tone or level of detail before generating suggestions.

**What problems is Blastra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using it, I often had to manually compare details and decide how to present them clearly. Now I can use the AI as a starting point, refine the output, and keep updates moving without spending as much time on first drafts. This makes my listing workflow more efficient while still letting me keep control of the final content.

 ### 2. Blastra Is Very Helpful for Keeping Listings Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James B. | SEO Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Blastra?**

I like that Blastra keeps software listing work more organized and easier to manage. It helps keep product information consistent, reduces repetitive manual updates, and makes it simpler to maintain a professional presence across directories. Blastra is worth the price because it saves time on manual listing management, helps keep product information consistent, and makes it easier to stay organized across different directories. Blastra is worth the price because it saves time on manual listing management, helps keep product information consistent, and makes it easier to stay organized across different directories.

**What do you dislike about Blastra?**

The only small drawback is that the first setup can take some time when entering product details and making sure everything is accurate.

**What problems is Blastra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blastra solves the problem of keeping software listing information organized and consistent across different directories. It benefits me by reducing manual updates, saving time, and making it easier to maintain accurate product details in one place.

 ### 3. Blastra Makes Listing Management Faster, Organized, and Affordable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Renata Z. | Co-Founder & Growth Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Blastra?**

Blastra helps me with the very tiresome job of registering listings for my clients. I can also update information in all of them simultaneously if I need it, without going to each platform separately. It makes this work much faster and organized.

What I like that even if you don't have prepared description about your product but have a decent website copy, it uses AI to parse the website, and does a great job of extracting the information needed for the listings.

It also has very affordable pricing for this amount of work that me and my team would do manually.

**What do you dislike about Blastra?**

For the automated flow you need to make a redirect of emails sent from listings to the Blastra email. At first it was a bit scary to make email forwarding because I was not sure if I've done it correctly. But eventually everything went great.

**What problems is Blastra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I spare time and manual effort with finding and registering listings.

 ### 4. Faster Way to Build Product Listings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William S. | SEO Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Blastra?**

It keeps the process simple. I can put in the product details, get a workable draft, and spend my time making small edits rather than writing every listing from scratch. It’s especially helpful when there are a lot of updates to get through.

**What do you dislike about Blastra?**

It can take a little trial and error to get the wording exactly right. The first draft is usually helpful, but I often need to adjust the tone or add a few product-specific details before I’m happy with it.

**What problems is Blastra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me cut down the time I spend writing and updating listings. Instead of starting from scratch every time, I can get a solid draft quickly and focus on checking the details and making it fit the brand. It’s made routine updates feel a lot less time-consuming

 ### 5. Like having a dedicated person owning our directory presence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dmitry G. | Cybersecurity Products Growth Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Blastra?**

Single dashboard to kick off work across G2, Capterra, SourceForge and others, then regular updates land as statuses change. Feels less like a tool and more like a teammate who actually does the work - claiming profiles, chasing badges, fixing inconsistencies - more than just flagging what's broken.

**What do you dislike about Blastra?**

Things move at the pace the directories themselves allow, so some changes take weeks to land. Also needs a bit of your attention upfront to align on positioning and priorities - once that's done it largely runs itself.

**What problems is Blastra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a large org with no single owner for third-party listings: product, marketing, PR all touch it. Blastra became the connective tissue across teams and did the actual execution, so our presence on directories stopped being an afterthought.

 ### 6. Hands-Off B2B SaaS Directory Listings with Proactive, Helpful Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lana V. | CMO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Blastra?**

Getting Aiclo listed on B2B SaaS directories was on my to-do list for a long time, but I kept postponing it due to a lack of time. What I like best about Blastra is that they came in and handled everything for me. It was a completely hands-off experience: the process was super easy, simple, and required zero hassle on my end.
I also want to highlight their customer support. They provided maximum help and were proactive throughout the process. It feels great to finally have this sorted out by professionals.

**What do you dislike about Blastra?**

The only minor hurdle we faced was the verification process on a few of the third-party directories. Some platforms have strict confirmation protocols that required a bit of extra back-and-forth to get approved. However, this is an external issue with the directories themselves, not Blastra, and the support team helped us navigate these requirements quickly.

**What problems is Blastra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blastra is solving our visibility challenge. We needed to get Aiclo "on air" and ensure we are present exactly where our competitors are listed.
By automating the submission and management of these listings, Blastra is helping us build our media presence and expand our market reach without distracting our internal marketing team. It’s a huge benefit to have our B2B directory strategy executed professionally while we focus on other growth channels.

 ### 7. Effortless Directory Submission with an Intuitive Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Blastra?**

I love using Blastra to automate submitting my SaaS to different B2B directories, which solves the problem of manually submitting to various directories that takes hours. I like the UI, which is clean and makes it easy to set up because the instructions are clear. This clarity in design and user interface makes my work more efficient. The initial setup of Blastra was very easy, and I gave it a recommendation score of 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Blastra?**

Nothing so far

**What problems is Blastra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Blastra to automate submitting my SaaS to B2B directories, solving the problem of manual submissions that take hours. The clean UI and clear instructions make it valuable by making my work more efficient.

 ### 8. Fast, transparent, and easy directory onboarding - Recommended

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Uriel R. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Blastra?**

Blastra is simple and easy to work with. Onboarding was straightforward, and Cybool was live in the directories we needed within about two weeks. I had clear visibility into submission status throughout the process. Great product and very responsive team.

**What do you dislike about Blastra?**

I’d like to see even more automation and self-service controls for managing submissions, but overall the experience has been smooth and effective.

**What problems is Blastra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blastra streamlines the often time-consuming and disjointed task of getting listed on relevant directories. Rather than handling submissions one by one, the platform brings onboarding, tracking, and status updates into a single place. This approach saved us a considerable amount of time and made sure that Cybool was published both quickly and accurately.

 ### 11. Amazingly Time-Saving: Everything in One Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tomer D. | CBO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Blastra?**

It was amazingly time-saving for me to be able to do everything from one platform. Customer support was very helpful, and the onboarding was amazing.

**What do you dislike about Blastra?**

It’s not really something I have to think about, it just does the work.

**What problems is Blastra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to do everything across all platforms without it.
