What do you like best about BlackCurve?

Communication with BlackCurve is easy and any question is welcomed, they are very flexible with anything that is needed and try to accommodate all requests. What do you like best about BlackCurve?

CONFIDENCE! From the very beginning with the onboarding process, the team at Blackcurve has really pushed for the success of their software with our business. This is not a company that sets up its system and walks away which was vital in the early days to give us the confidence to move from micromanaging pricing to letting the software run itself. Blackcurve has completely changed our approach with growth; we have more confidence in continuing to expand our catalogue now we can let Blackcurve handle pricing changes within custom rules we have set. What do you dislike about BlackCurve?

What do you like best about BlackCurve?

Blackcurve listened to our business needs and moulded the product to suit us, rather than us having to try and fit into a mould that wouldn't have worked. Every business has different challenges with regards to pricing and I feel that they listened and understood ours. What do you like best about BlackCurve?

Hard to pick just one! I love the rules engine; we have got to a stage of micromanaging it at a product level, meaning bespoke pricing rules for the whole catalog. It's tough to describe the time this product has saved us over the years; we have been using it for so long now it's hard to picture what we did without it. No more spreadsheets, trawling google searching what the market price was for products and where we should place ourselves. We now have confidence that with the correct data input, we will be sitting at the right price we want to be. Automation of pricing has been a key driver in our growth over the last couple of years; it is why we were so well-positioned during the covid e-commerce boom and the reason we remained competitive throughout. What do you dislike about BlackCurve?

I don't dislike anything; the reason for this is, anytime there is an issue or something isn't quite right, the team gathers the feedback and rectifies it. Being an early adopter of the system, we have seen it from the very early stages; their analytics portal was not quite polished, we provided this feedback and now they have an in-depth analytics dashboard. We really like that BlackCurve are real people that take the time to get to know our needs and the strategy that will work best for our business. BlackCurve is not a one-box fits all solution and they can dynamically deliver based on our requirements no matter how demanding they are allowing us to get on with running our business and freeing up our time that used to be spent on pricing. What do you like best about BlackCurve?

The team are by far the best aspect of BlackCurve, if you have a great team at your disposal then the performance comes with that naturally. Every member of the team seems to be working towards one goal and that is to make BlackCurve better for their customers.

They always listen to our suggestions and if they like them then they roll them into the product. I've never dealt with an online company that is as receptive as they are, every other company we have dealt with in the past often takes suggestions and tries to charge us for them and then roll them out to every other customer and charge them for those features as well. What do you dislike about BlackCurve?

There isn't a lot I dislike about BlackCurve, if I HAD to be picky about things, I'd say the admin panel can be a bit glitchy from time to time but that is literally me trying to find things wrong! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about BlackCurve is its ability to monitor the market value for our 25k + number of SKUs and keep our pricing at a level to maximise sales and profit. The software is customisable to your needs, the freedom it provides allows you to be creative with pricing strategies, but most importantly gives you comfort that your margins are protected and for us, over 30,000 products are monitored daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a little pricy, but to be fair I don't think it's overpriced. When we first started the dashboard and searching for products was very slow, but since then they have pushed an update and things are a lot faster now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
