We mostly use the monitoring section, really helpful for us is the dashboard so we can see the overall health with one look. The top 3 features for us are: - E-Mail alerts for all BizTalk components (orchestration, ports, host instances) and server health - Autocorrection feature to automatically restart failed receive locations, Orchestrations... - Datamonitoring feature to automate termination of suspended instances based on specific filters on a regular time interval Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Finding the right settings to configure alerts is sometimes a bit cumbersome The dashboard feels sometimes a little bit slow, but that's highly dependent on the browser used. BizTalk360 has been very stable and reliable and facilitated our daily work. The web-based admin console has complemented what is missing in the BizTalk interface. We have used the alarms and auto terminating functionality which has also facilitated and helped us a lot. BizTalk 360 has always been fast and helpful if we encounter problems. There are still minor GUI bugs in the version that we have, like going to the dashboard and not having the default correct filter once you are in the next page. The tool is a Godsend, includes tracking and monitoring tools in an easy to use interface, being able to drill in with the graphical data flow interface allows us to easily find and debug issues. The ability to reprocess messages works really well even including the option to edit the message that you wish to replay in the event of issues/errors in the originating message. The Best part of Biztalk 360, from my point of view, is the access that Biztalk 360 gives to our non Biztalk Admins. Developers and business users can have different access to see that state of their Biztalk integrations. Support teams can go in and restart ports or Host Instances as need without having elevated permissions. It allows us, to push some of the responsibilities back on the integrations teams, to support the Biztalk applications. Also support for the product, is top notch. They are always very responsive whenever we have questions or open a support ticket with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about BizTalk360? I don't know that I dislike this but 1 feature, that I would like to see is around outages. If, let's say a database is having an outage, I'd like to see a feature where we could add an outage group, to disable ports, across multiple Biztalk applications, affected by the db outage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering BizTalk360: Definitely take advantage of the trial program and document all the features that you would need. Do demos to the support team and get buy-in. Biztalk360 works best when everyone is using it to support your Biztalk environments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is BizTalk360 solving and how is that benefiting you? We had been utilizing the original Exception Portal, that came out around the time of Biztalk 2006 R2. We have moved to using the Exception Portal within Biztalk 360, allowing us to retire use of that older site and consolidating to Biztalk 360. The other benefits, like I stated in an earlier question is allowing groups to support their integrations, especially in non-productions environments by giving the access to stop/start ports and Host Instances as needed. Another feature is setting up Alerts and Notifications and being able to send those out to the specific integration groups. Another benefit, is the role Biztalk 360 has taken in the Integration community. Hosting multiple events on Integrations has been a huge benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. We mostly use the Monitoring section of Biztalk360. It's easy to configure alerts for all BizTalk components (orchestration, ports, host instances) and server health. I also like the dashboard where we can easily see overall health of BizTalk and able to drill down to specific application artefact.
