BizTalk360 provides an easy way of supporting BizTalk Server applications. Being able to access a BizTalk environment without having to use the BizTalk Administration console on a server is a time saver. We are able to research our BizTalk service and respond to support issues and questions quickly with little effort. The monitoring, alarms, and auto-correction features are vital for our small team to ensure BizTalk activities are running as expected and ability to self-heal when short-lived networking and server issues happen during typical off-hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about BizTalk360? The UI (browser desktop) sometimes doesn't present information completely in a list view. For example, trying to view the full URI in a listing of Send Ports or Receive Locations is difficult and resizing the column width doesn't really work -- this usually requires looking at the details view to get that information. Viewing the BizTalk360 portal on a mobile device has also been difficult as the portal does not seem responsive to the smaller displays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is BizTalk360 solving and how is that benefiting you? As mentioned earlier, we rely on the Alarms and Auto-Correct features of the product. Auto-Correction has helped us ensure that time-sensitive file transfers that happen during late-night processes can overcome temporary network and server issues. It's simple to configure / manage and creates a great platform to adminster BizTalk from. Granular access control allows Business Teams to see information important to them, without excessive priviledge. All whilst creating audit records for them to be reviewed at a later date. Monitoring/Alarms and alerts allows great early indicators of pending issues. Colour coding environments allows easy reminders of which Environment you're operating in. Able to control access through AD groups/account, protecting sensitive information which is very critical in a Health care environment. Autocorrect feature of certain critical artifacts. Being in Healthcare industry it is very important to us to protect PHI/PII, this can be easily configured in BizTalk360 by disabling Message Content at the same time providing others with what was the error.
