Every Biztalk administrator knows about common problems with Biztalk server, like disabled share or file transfer locations, messages not successfully processed. Biztalk360 is able to monitor the whole system, takes automatically actions to solve those "standard" issues. Also, there is a great alarm messaging feature, which sends alerts on several channels in case of problems. Did you use the BAM portal ? This is a great feature from Biztalk server, but handled by Microsoft like a stepchild. Biztalk360 gives you back all the features of BAM. There are further features of Biztalk360, traffic monitoring, sql monitoring; the list is countless. To make it short: Biztalk360is the tool you need if you are working with Biztalk to solve all the issues Microsoft did not. I saw this product first on the Biztalk Roadshow 2013 in Hamburg, and I was charmed, there is a tool that makes my life easier. The first thing I did when I was working for a customer as a consultant for Biztalk was to recommend using Biztalk360, actually I am responsible for a Biztalk environment in my company, and the first thing was to install Biztalk360. We have left the classic administration console because of the not so granular rights management. Only operator and administrator. In 360 we have the administrator rights wirh only read access. First of all, the product itself, BizTalk360, provides all necessary toolsets to be able to manage & monitor your Biztalk environment easily. It is easy to install the product and set your expectations to kick off the engine. BizTalk360 warns you with its alarm mechanics not only when something goes wrong but also before things happen. In addition to the product's superb features, the company itself, KOVAI, is a great supporter when it comes to your questions and customer satisfaction. They focus not only on the questions asked by their customers but also on how they can improve their product to gain much happier customers. I have found that there is not one particular feature that I like the best, but there are several. First, the flexibility of being able to make your own customized overview over your environment and also being able to create specific summaries of certain areas has proven extremely valuable. This allows me to delegate monitoring to the business or other teams, that have interest in these areas and hence it will liberate my time to do other stuff that creates value for the company.
