The initial service was excellent with Kyle being very responsive when I had questions or queires. From there, the follow-up service has been impecable; I can't say enough good things about how helpful Mersini has been to gude us through any questons we've had while we become comfortable with the functionality. We picked Bizimply as it integrates with our chosen online training platform, and we didn't have to do a thing to make that happen, it was all dealt with my the Bizimply team. As a remote consultant, the daily shift log feaure is invaluable to me, helping me to keep track of sales and labour, but also to keep up to speed with the key touch-points from each session. I wouldn't say there is anything I dislike about the platfom, but there are a lot of reports and it takes time to work through them all and wor out what is reporting on what.
