I find Bizimply very easy and convenient for resolving daily issues that used to be a headache. It's giving excellent service and makes it easy to rectify staff. I really appreciate the timecard feature, which is one of the best options for easily finding payroll. The location tracker is a great benefit, helping with tracking when you might get called into work before your actual clock-in time, so it aligns with hours outside the rota. I think reports for timecards should be predefined as 'last month' rather than having to use custom dates each time. Also, staff costing doesn't account for individual staff employer NICs, so we have to use a bulk percentage.
