System is slow and a little labourious. Opening a second window to switch between two open tabs very much helps. Initial set up takes a bit of time, but then features such as "popular shift" make rostering easy from then on. Great to be able to see what is happening from mgmt. perspective even when offsite. **What do you dislike about Bizimply?** Paid & Non-Paid Time Off/ Sick Pay could be more clearly defined, so as to avoid confusion for staff. Same with Day Off on rosters- rather than just a blank space. A couple of bugs so far, but nothing that a few minutes cannot fix. **What problems is Bizimply solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a reliable clock in / out system- saves time, rather than watching CCTV for arrival times. Allowing rostering to be done in same place as holiday requests- and holiday requests being made from any location (rather than in physical book at reception). ### 16. Drag & drop function for creating the ROTAs is a nice feature too. Support chat is rapid to be answered. Time-Off request feature is great (at an additional cost) **What do you dislike about Bizimply?** I wanted to love this system. What I was initially shown versus what I received felt like very different products... some of the features that were shown were add-ons --, but that wasn't clearly explained, so I felt very let down initially... It's a product you need other "add-ons" to get the benefit, and every add-on has a different monthly cost. For example, when I was shown the effect, the salesperson talked about the labour costs/forecasting etc.... I thought this was great! However, I came to learn after the fact that this is an add-on feature... and I had already paid for the add-on for employees to be able to request off holidays (you think this should be standard for scheduling software) My first account manager (I am now on my third one since enrolling in June, which I don't see as a good sign) was supposed to do some account set-up. However, after our 'training/set up call', I went into the system and did most of the set-up while contacting support when I had issues. My second account manager 'asked for feedback' which is provided in detail, including the following: - Staff can't see the full schedule (i.e. if they want to swap with anyone) unless we download the PDF and then re-email it/or send it via Whatsapp or print (for a cloud-based system, this doesn't make any sense) - Employees can't see their clock-in/out times to see if they are correct (this is also a frustration on the payroll side as well) - There is no in-app messaging where an employee can log time issues (like if they forgot to clock in/out), which means we're still getting lots of texts before payroll we have to work out. - We pay employees for breaks, and the reporting isn't that flexible/straightforward - The manager's app is pretty useless... Not being able to quickly update people's times - not seeing the whole week view, not being able to see/approve people's holidays Unfortunately, the account manager returned with an email that didn't seem like she understood the issues I was conveying, and I gave up giving feedback. I feel like a BETA user for this system; they do seem to be back tweaks and changes, which is positive, but I know I'm paying just as much as I would for software with all the bells and whistles. I was just told this morning I now have another account manager, and I'm not hopeful for many changes. We've had issues with the time station & also the apps on employees' phones for various reasons & it all feels cumbersome and like more work than my spreadsheet at this rate. **What problems is Bizimply solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bizimply's scheduling feature is easy to-use, drag-and-drop style system, so from a visual perspective, that's been a lot more appealing to use than a spreadsheet. **Official Response from Anna Lynch:** > Hi Customer, Thank you so much for your honest feedback on how you’ve found your Bizimply account and onboarding process so far.
