The app makes it really easy to generate new unique passwords, and the auto-completion is fast and reliable, it detects websites perfectly even when dealing with complex subdomains and specific URLs. Setting the app is easy, and if you need help you can always rely on the FAQ. The integration is good on every piece of hardware, in Firefox, with the browser addon and in Linux or in Android with the well made application. The free-tier gives you all the tool you may need as an individual, while the paid-tier is definitly good for buisnesses. I also appreciate the integrated security insights; the tool smartly monitors for data breaches and identifies weak or reused passwords, which adds a proactive layer of intelligence to my digital security. While the web extension is pretty good, the desktop app feels a bit dated, and the placement of some buttons feels unintuitive—for example, the Save button being at the bottom of the page when I’m editing a note. What do you dislike about Bitwarden? What I dislike about Bitwarden is that it can be temperamental when I’m updating passwords. For example, if I have to enter a security code, it sometimes tries to save that code as the password. I also don’t like that it will occasionally offer multiple password options for a different website than the one I’m trying to use. I’m not sure whether this is because some companies use encrypted sites or something similar. Finally, I don’t like that it doesn’t pre-fill my passwords the way my old password program did. It gives me peace of mind knowing I don’t have to write my passwords down or store them elsewhere on my computer, where they could be accessed by the wrong person or a hacker. I like Bitwarden for its simplicity and how easy it is to use both as a desktop app and a browser add-on. The compatibility with different browsers like Chrome and Brave makes my life very simple and easy. Bitwarden's auto-save and auto-fill features save me a lot of time, especially when I'm using a new app and can't remember where I saved the password. The biometric feature is really good as it allows me to fill my password just by giving my thumbprint or fingerprint. I also appreciate the ability to import passwords from other browsers like Chrome, which was fairly easy for me. Yeah. Sure. So, the compatibility of Bitwarden with Brave Browser is not as good as it is with Chrome browser. Bitwarden stands out in the Password Management product market on several levels that make it the number one choice, in my opinion, for Enterprises, Small businesses and failies alike. The ease of implementation, Integration with Single Sign On and Windows Hello are jus tthe begining. Being able to install offline allows for this product to be used in situations that others would not and competes with MUCH more expensive solutions in that aspect alone. The ability to sync Passkeys across all device types is unique to this product and makes end users lives MUCH eaiser. Administrators are also in control with it's integration in to Entra ID nad SEIM support. Being Open Source also gives organisations the confidence that the produce does what it says. Honestly the most compelling feature for me is the cross device syncing. On my computer I add an item and it automatically appears on my mobile device and although it seems obvious now but my previous account management tool didn’t do this very well. The browser extension has worked well for me, and autofill never conflicts with me as some other tools will. Additionally, the open source development model allows developers to review the code, and that’s something I value more today than I would’ve valued two or three years ago. The search function isn’t intelligent enough either; when I have a large number of items in my vault, and I’m trying to find a specific entry by name I get tired of waiting for results. Furthermore there is currently no way to view logins across all devices or through multiple collections, making clean-up easier than it is and although minor, importing items from another password manager wasn’t as seamless as they say. Before Bitwarden I was storing passwords in both a note taking application and sometimes even emailing them to myself which is probably as bad as it sounds. Bitwarden provides a single location to store all my passwords with real encryption, and I don’t need to remember 40 different passwords or use the same password for every website. Sharing passwords with a small group without sharing via slack works great with Bitwarden. It simply does what it promises and has not yet failed to perform any critical functionality. I like that I can have Bitwarden on my mobile phone, allowing me to look at my passwords wherever I am. It's also available on my computer, which is really a plus for people who have a lot of passwords to manage and organize. I use it with Chrome, the extension, which enhances its convenience. The setup isn't hard; it's really straightforward, and even someone not used to this kind of app will understand how to use it quickly. That's what is really amazing about Bitwarden. Is just a one a all solution to the password managing issue. Firstly, I quite like that it´s reliable and has had no breaches also I may say that the fact that its basically free helps a lot to decide. I have only one issue with Bitwarden, the fact sometimes it does not recognise the username field on some web applications, I know that this is most likely an issue with coding of the app itself and it does not even bother me that much since you can just always copy and paste from the browser extension.
