Support is top notch: response times are rapid and the answers are competent and solution-oriented. You can tell customer service is a real priority. The Access Intelligence feature is a highlight for us. It provides excellent visibility into credential risks across the organization and helps us proactively identify and address weak spots before they become a problem. Business policies are equally well done: defining and enforcing organization-wide policies is straightforward, and the implementation went smoothly and without friction. Integration into our existing environment was uncomplicated as well. Considering the feature set and the quality of support, the pricing is very fair — the ROI is clearly there for us.
