The UI/UX has always been their lowest characteristic. It's always felt very outdated, and while they have started giving it a higher priority this year, it still feels a bit outdated. It´s just too easy and convenient to use. I have integrated both my personal and non-personal passwords because again, its just too convenient. I really appreciate that Bitwarden offers a EU domain which fully complies with GDPR law and the European spirit. Their security posture is commendable since it succeeds where other companies have faced data breaches. I also love that they follow the KISS principle, doing one thing and doing it well. The secret sharing feature is a recent discovery for me, and I love it because it's the best way to securely transmit a secret without relying on third parties. The password generator history has been a lifesaver a few times, especially when I mistakenly thought a password had changed. Additionally, the onboarding process was seamless, easy, and quick, making the transition smooth. Lastly, Bitwarden is the preferred choice over Zoho Vault for our team.
