We rely heavily on Bitmovin Player, a feature-rich solution that integrates into all of the platforms our end users use, including Android, iOS, Web, Roku, and Smart TVs. Add to that their highly capable encoding and streaming services like Bitmovin Encoding and Bitmovin Streaming, you really don't have to look anywhere else for streaming live or on-demand media. **What do you dislike about Bitmovin?** There is a cost involved but this is more than made up for by the features and support. **What problems is Bitmovin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bitmovin's solutions address several key challenges for us. Bitmovin Player solves the issue of trying to support a multitude of platforms with a reliable and consistent experience. Bitmovin Encoding provides us with a very capable encoder that integrated well with our platform. The quality we can provide to our users is much higher than with the open-source tools we used in the past. Also, their support is outstanding, they have public community support that's great, but also their engineers directly interacted with us, even via a joined slack channel. **What do you dislike about Bitmovin?** Nothing really, I'm looking forward to the next items on the roadmap of their new Streams product, which we are using. **What problems is Bitmovin solving and how is that benefiting you?** We want to add video to our product and user journey in a simple, fast and cost-effective way, but with great quality at the same time. We use it for our B2B Sales Enablement Platform to stream video training content. The API is easy to use, fast integrated and the team is absolutely helpful when it comes to questions and support. **What do you dislike about Bitmovin?** There are not too many things I can mention here. Overall the Bitmovin API helps us to encode, play and stream our video content on multiple devices and platforms. **What problems is Bitmovin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bringing video up and running on all devices and all platforms in a very fast way is super hard. With the Bitmovin API you can publish your videos easily. I particularly like that Bitmovin encodes, hosts, plays, and streams the videos. We are a small startup and for us, ease of use as well as fast integration is key. We only use the basics of Bitmovin, I know they are capable of a lot more including DRM, watermarking, ... but for us, a basic video encoder and video player is all what we need. They listen to our feedback and add it to their roadmap whenever they recognise that the problem we are trying to solve is an "industry" problem **What problems is Bitmovin solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are our go-to solution for large files. We transcode files whose lenght varies from 1 hour to up to 10 hours long in a matter of minutes with average transcoding speeds of up to 1500 fps. We also use them for fast turnaround publishing workflows where short files need to be published as soon as possible. ### 9.
