Here are the some which i think would be the best to describe as a versatile platform as it support multiple cryptocurrency such as bitcoin, etherium etc. As it is dealing with wide range of digital assest security becomes the major aspect for such platform which is again another best feature of this wallet as providing top notch security. Also they doesn't just offer secure storage also integrate with liquidty provider. Another one is related to ocst and complexicity i.e for small scale user they are charging premium fees and for user who don't have much knowledge face little difficulty while navigating as this is multi-signature wallet. **What problems is BitGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a user, secuirty is one of the major issue which bitgo is solving as digital assets are highly suspectible to hacking,theft, fraud etc.by providing security, cold storage and insurance coverage. It has 2FA and IP checks built in that it's a must in the crypto business, and a good workflow to authorize different users within an organization to access to different features. **What do you dislike about BitGo?** Bad customer services. We had a claim that took days to be resolved. The sync between some blockchains and the API / UI doesn't work and they don't do anything about it, we reported many times that the Avalanche integration was not working, funds poured into a wallet in an Avalenche testnet were never reflected, how you can develop products around the BitGo API if you cannot test the features in a testnet first? Finally, documentation is also a problem, took me hours to realize how to map some test coins into real testnets, like GTETH which means ETH on the Goerli testnet, at first glance you don't know whether those names correspond to a blockchain (that is not ETH), a token.. or whatever. **What problems is BitGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** As the name suggests, they are custodians of crypto assets, taking care especially of the security aspects of it, providing different APIs and UIs to allow companies with many employees to interact with these assets with different roles. ### 10. So if we perform our duty and ensure secure systems at our end, we can be sure that all our assets are protected twice. Setting velocity limits, ensure our losses are limited. **What do you dislike about BitGo?** Very Expensive. Especially in the bear market where exchanges are finding it difficult to survive and many popular exchanges closing, bitgo fees is a big burden for a growing exchange. Instead of charging a a % fee which increases linearly, it would be great if there are fee tiers. It is in Bitgo's advantage to ensure profitability of their clients. We appreciate that Bitgo has worked hard to launch multiple coins in the last one year and we also understand the technical limitations, but till more coins need to be supported. **Recommendations to others considering BitGo:** If you are starting or running an exchange, going with Bitgo may be heavy on your expenses, but takes care of big security headaches. **What problems is BitGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a Cryptocurrency Exchange started in 2017, launched in April 2018. We are using Bitgo to support all our coins and they have played a significant role in our growth. By using Bitgo we are able to support multiple coins without getting into the details and vulnerabilities of each coin. It is not exactly a plug and play solution, but still for a startup operating in Crypto space using Bitgo solution saves months of hard-work. ### 11. Unlike the other wallets in the market's this doesn't ask for the amount in which you chose to send, unless needed to. Pricing is still a bit too high on the withdraw side as well to foresee a very very long term relationship.
