For me, Bitakora perfectly meets these requirements. It is a very user-friendly tool for all users, which is configured and implemented very quickly, and is designed in such a way that I can see minute by minute what is happening with my staff's updates without having to generate prior closing processes for each of the payroll settlement and payment events under Colombian regulation. **What do you dislike about Bitákora?** We have been using Bitákora for 1 year and we have not had any issues. **What problems is Bitákora solving and how is that benefiting you?** Resolve the conflicts that have always existed between the accounting and human resources areas, as their model suggests permanent reconciliation between settled, paid, and accounted data. It also provides a series of detailed reports that allow reviewing and consulting all recorded transactions in a practical and quick manner, responding to information requests that may be made by different stakeholders in the company's payroll management.
