Offers a range of chat tools. It is more useful for different pages and duplicate tools for different time periods. **What do you dislike about BirdSeed?** BirdSeed lacks customer engagement features and effective query resolution options. There is room for improvement in terms of FAQ display and booking functionality. **What problems is BirdSeed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bringing all these functionalities together in one place has simplified customer engagement with my business through BirdSeeds chat and callback. The convenience it provides has definitely improved my business operations. ### 2. I can set up a chat, contact form, video, surveys, and even longer help documents all within a single widget. This makes it easy for me to offer content and ways to connect with my website visits more easily. I haven't seen a tool with these many features bundled together before, so it is very valuable to my business, because I don't need to subscribe to many other tools. I just need this one. **What do you dislike about BirdSeed?** It can sometimes be a little buggy on the website. I have come across times when the widget does not appear. Also, the UI can be improved. It is easy to use, but I think the UI can be updated so that it looks more polished and up to date with the other website communication tools out there, like Intercom. **What problems is BirdSeed solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have this communication widget on my website now that I use to start conversations with my website visitors and also collect leads automatically. I didn't have a tool like this before, so I didn't have a good way to communicate or collect emails until now. ### 4. All the various tools I need to reach, connect, and convert leads is just at my finger tips and built right into the chat bubble. **What do you dislike about BirdSeed?** I think their backend UI is a little dated looking. Not TOO bad, but it could be modernized for sure. My biggest complaint is probably around their proactive messages. You can select which tools you want in the main chat bubble, but if you want anything other than that specific group of chat tools on a specific page, then you have to use what's called a proactive message. It's a great feature, but it doesn't look like the main chat bubble. I would love to be able to create multiple chat bubbles for differing pages. The proactive messages are great, they just don't display and represent in the same way that a proactive message does and it would be great to be able to choose what you want on a page level if it fits my use case ;) **What problems is BirdSeed solving and how is that benefiting you?** BirdSeed provides me the group of tools I need to provide exceptional customer service to my web visitors and customers. Having my FAQ's displayed BEFORE they can actually try to contact me is very helpful. Allowing people to book sales presentations with me is also very helpful. ### 5. I like that it has a variety of tools, such as a lead generation tool and a website optimization tool, that helps me convert more leads and increase my conversion rates. The member area has features that help me keep track of analytics and reports about my campaigns. I also love that the pricing is flexible and the customer support is excellent. I would recommend this service to anyone who is looking to engage with their audience online. **What do you dislike about BirdSeed?** Honestly, my only grumble is that I wish there was a way to duplicate tools for "business hours" and "after hours". If you can choose when the tool runs, that is great, but it would be better if each tool could be configured differently so that during normal business hours phone numbers could be displayed, and after business hours, emergency numbers would only be displayed. **What problems is BirdSeed solving and how is that benefiting you?** BirdSeed is an easy-to-use website engagement suite that helps me stay on top of my marketing game. Most of the tools that come with BirdSeed are intuitive and easy to use which makes my work more efficient. I love that I can access all of the tools with just a few simple clicks. The reporting is great, and the pricing is very affordable. I love this tool and I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a website that converts well. ### 7. Did I mention it’s Totaly free We offer BirdSeed+ if you are in need of a few extras like footer brand removed and additional users **What problems is BirdSeed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Users are creating personal greeting for their website visitors via video or text messeged it’s not so impersonal to interact. The link launcher feature allows users to highlight all of their existing engagement tools, and keep them all in one place and in context.
