I appreciate how BIPO HRMS balances global HR functionality with deep local compliance for Germany, which is critical for our business. The employee self-service portal is intuitive and widely adopted by our team, allowing staff to handle leave requests, view payslips, and update personal details independently, significantly reducing routine HR inquiries. The payroll automation is reliable and effectively manages German tax, social security, and statutory deductions with minimal manual intervention, reducing errors and compliance risks. The strong GDPR and data security controls provide confidence in storing sensitive employee data in the cloud, with clear audit trails and access permissions. Workflow automation for onboarding and offboarding streamlines processes across departments, ensuring smoother transitions. The system's stability and flexibility allow it to adapt to our company’s growth without requiring complicated IT work.

**What do you dislike about BIPO HRMS?**

A few areas feel less polished and could use refinement for our German team: Some custom reporting options are less flexible than we’d like; building tailored workforce analytics requires extra effort compared to dedicated BI tools. The user interface can feel a bit dated in certain modules, and navigation isn’t always as intuitive as modern cloud platforms. Occasional minor delays in syncing time-tracking data directly to payroll, which means we sometimes need a quick manual check before final runs.

I use BIPO HRMS to centralize payroll and employee data management, ensuring compliance with tax laws and GDPR. It reduces manual errors, simplifies workforce coordination, and offers audit-ready reporting, significantly cutting down HR administrative workload and easing cross-location operations.

**What do you like best about BIPO HRMS?**

I like how BIPO HRMS brings all core HR functions into one platform. Employee data, attendance, leave, payroll, and expense claims are centralized and easy to manage. The self-service features empower employees to handle routine tasks themselves, while automation reduces manual work and errors for HR, making daily operations much smoother.

**What do you dislike about BIPO HRMS?**

While BIPO HRMS works well for core HR tasks, some areas could be enhanced. Reporting and analytics are basic and could offer more advanced filtering and visualization. The interface could be more intuitive for new users, and certain workflows or configurations could use greater flexibility to better fit unique business needs.

**What do you like best about BIPO HRMS?**

BIPO Provide one of the best and user freindlyuser console which can be easily understand by all level of employess in the organisation.

I also allow entites to taroiled fit as per thoer requirement and usage of the company. The intergration with EPFO site and implementation with our ERP software is quick and Done by their cusomer support very efficiently.

I used BIPO on daily basis for generate diferent report related to HR deapartment and Never face any Issue.

**What do you dislike about BIPO HRMS?**

There is nothing muh to hate about using BIPO. But sometimes it is unable to geneate a complex report eith advnace data analytics.

One more thing it is not much suitable for Small business due its price.

The useof BIPO has contributed to increase  efficiency of our HR processes and decrease any deafut and time lag in Payroll processing of employess.

**What do you like best about BIPO HRMS?**

The use of a mobile app is useful for our team BIPO HRMS. It helps the employees to access their payslips, apply for leave, and submit their time cards from their mobile devices. This has enhanced self-service and relieved HR from mundane tasks.

**What do you dislike about BIPO HRMS?**

I found that there are certain reporting features that are somewhat lacking in the BIPO HRMS system. Though I can create simple reports on headcount paid amount etc I do not get advanced information about workforce and cannot monitor certain Hr parameters.

**What problems is BIPO HRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This aspiring BIPO HRMS has facilitated many of our HR procedures especially the mobile app for employees. Some of the features such as the core features which include payroll, time & attendance and leave management are quite easy to utilize.

Its self service portal is fairly easy to use and healpful to access all the HR related information, including time punching, payslips, leave applications, remaining leave balance etc.
One of the best thing is that, without contacting an HR representative, you can avail all your personal information directly through this portal.

**What do you dislike about BIPO HRMS?**

Nothing notable. However, I think the desktop version has more features than the mobile app.

It eliminates the need to contact an HR person for HR related data and services, making everything simply accessible through an app.

Very easy to use especially with the mobile app which is integrated to my contacts and calenders . Easy to track payroll  as well

Having to change password every 3 months which is a huge hassle

The password change every few weeks is troublesome but understandable.

I love it's easy UI and systematic approach towards HR claims, tracking leaves, appraisal cycle and easy request flows.

**What do you dislike about BIPO HRMS?**

The UI can be slightly more interactive but it will just be a cherry on the cake. There is nothing to dislike.

Attendance management is made easier and seamless for me using BIPO. Further, there was a struggle to manage appraisals and claims for us but it is now easier.
