I am a business users and I can use the Platform alone to create my analysis or dashboards, it isn't necessary to have technical knowledge for this. The platform is very friendly, intuitive and complete. The mobil part is also important, I could download the application in my cell phone. The same user that I access in cloud, I use in the mobil. Another point, all develop is in cloud, so it isn't necessary to install anything, all access is in browser. **What do you dislike about BIMachine?** Few integration with web services. So, I recommend to have more integration with web services. **Recommendations to others considering BIMachine:** If you such a Platform to business user, BIMachine is the best option. They have a complete Marketplace, where they ofter Analytics Application, integration or expert consulting. Very easy to contract or implementation (it is possible to do alone or remote). **What problems is BIMachine solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a lot reports and problem with datas, every month we lost hours to extract the reports from the ERP, had organize then cross the information. We never had the information update and realtime. Nowadays, it is possible to analyse the performance from all sales time and product, por exemplo. I have a time balanced, because I have access realtime of the result and didn't wait of the reports in the end of the month. Now, we use the date to have all decision, the feeling stayed on the pass.
