Billway Reviews & Product Details

BillWay is Amani's own SaaS product, designed for administration teams that still enter supplier invoices by hand. Invoices arrive by email, WhatsApp or through a web portal, and BillWay's OCR and AI engine automatically extracts the supplier's tax ID, dates, amounts and line items. Each invoice is then validated against the company's supplier records before being synchronized directly into Zoho Books, ready to be posted. In production, BillWay reduces manual invoice entry time by 85%, extracts invoice data with 97% accuracy, and processes each invoice in about 3 seconds. Beyond the efficiency gains, BillWay also helps Spanish companies comply with the "Ley Crea y Crece", which requires businesses to receive supplier invoices in electronic format - digitizing whatever format each supplier actually sends, with no extra requirements placed on them.
