Upload an invoice or forward it by email, and the platform recognizes suppliers, articles, prices, and line items. The resulting structured data can include information from e-invoices as well, creating a consistent foundation for purchasing analysis. BilledOK uses this information to uncover cost changes and supplier differences. Businesses can monitor prices over time, see when suppliers have raised rates, compare equivalent purchases from different vendors, and identify comparable alternative articles. The platform can calculate potential savings and present findings through dashboards and reports.
