Bienvenue Event Reviews & Product Details

Bienvenue Event helps organisations run invitation-only events from the first email to the final attendance count. Teams import their guest list from Excel or CSV, design invitations that match their visual identity, and publish a response page where guests confirm, sign up for workshops and add a companion. Replies are tracked live, and reminders go out automatically to anyone who has not answered. On the day, hosts welcome guests with the iOS or Android app by scanning a personal QR code. The app keeps working without a network connection, several entrances stay in sync, and the arrival of a VIP triggers an alert. Once the doors close, the organiser gets a PDF attendance report with timestamped sign-ins, along with Excel exports and targeted thank-you messages. Bienvenue Event is built and supported in France by Bsoft, part of the Visiativ group, and hosted in France. Ministries, local authorities, public bodies, companies and event agencies rely on it. It does not sell tickets or take payments.
