BidWrap Reviews & Product Details

BidWrap is bidding, kit and invoicing software for commercial photographers and videographers, studios and crew, built in Belfast by a working advertising photographer. Type the job days in plain words, add the creative fee, usage, crew and kit hire from your own rates, and send the client an estimate they can approve online. When the job is approved, the estimate becomes the invoice with the same number. Advance invoices, several currencies and your own tax rates are built in, and the tax is clear on every line. Kit is tracked piece by piece, with serial numbers, availability and QR labels for scanning gear out and back in. The kit register prints as a PDF or a spreadsheet for your insurer. Receipts can be photographed on your phone, and quarterly reports are ready for your accountant. Moving from Blinkbid? Your old jobs can be imported.
