It is easy to integrate as it uses a cloud based solution that can be integrated to a wide variety of legacy systems. **What do you dislike about Bidtracer?** it needs learning the tool via proper sessions to be able to use its advanced features, and has a limited customization options with it. It might be costly tool for smaller organizations and that is one of the most common dislikes about the tool. When someone is in a lower-level position within the company, there are certain restrictions for what they can and cannot do. We were using Excel to keep up with all of the data, but it could not keep up with the amount we did have.
