BidSquirrel Reviews & Product Details

BidSquirrel is tender-discovery and bid-writing software for UK SMEs that want to win more public-sector work without trawling portals. It aggregates every major Great Britain source - Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, Public Contracts Scotland, Sell2Wales and the sub-£30k council portals most tools miss - into one daily feed, then uses AI trained as a UK procurement assessor to score each tender against your business as Strong, Fair or Development, with the reasoning behind every verdict. Beyond alerts, BidSquirrel checks whether you can actually bid (a pass/fail eligibility read across regime, turnover, insurance and certifications), shows who has won comparable contracts, flags incumbent contracts coming up for re-tender, and helps you write each answer - drafting alongside you and scoring it against the criteria, rather than generating the generic prose evaluators mark down. Free to browse every live tender; Pro from £49.99/month with a 7-day trial.
