It just hasn't changed in 10 years. I guess it's nice folks can e-sign proposals, but don't they all offer that? **What do you dislike about Bidsketch?** It's awkward to use the pre-saved contract sections. The editor is absolutely horrible to use, I'm constantly fighting with it to fix the formatting of basic elements like bulleted lists. Nothing is WYSIWYG or really user-friendly at all. The solution doesn't integrate with any project management or time-tracking solutions I can find. The overall UI is dated and awkward to use. It lacks flexibility in the fees table, forcing you into awkward workarounds for how you present fees. **What problems is Bidsketch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Presenting professional-looking proposals and contracts to clients and employees that they can e-sign. ### 2. As a marketing company, my business relies heavily on proposals. Prior to Bidsketch It would take me 2 hours to organized, gather information, and send it out to clients. Now that process takes less than 30 minutes. The templates are detailed and easy to customize to your liking or your brand. You can add additional information to different sections of the template - allowing for quick and efficient use. Overall, my experience has been great, the software saves us a lot of time and allows us to streamline some of our processes. Highly recommended, give it a try. **What do you dislike about Bidsketch?** I wish for a little bit more native integrations with other applications. Zapier integration is a huge win but more seamless native integrations would have made this software 2X better. Also, I wish the UI was a bit more updated. **What problems is Bidsketch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bidsketch helps me and my team seamline sending out proposals. This process uses to take us 2 hours just to organize, gather information and send out to clients. Now we can do this in 30 minutes. ### 4. My team has found a different software that fits our needs/budget. **Recommendations to others considering Bidsketch:** If you want a pretty interface to work with, this might not be the one for you. **What problems is Bidsketch solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were using Bidsketch to build proposals/agreements for our Digital Marketing clients. Before both team members could confirm the proposal was done it was sent to the customer, which wasn't ideal. We had to follow up with the customer to disregard the proposal and please wait for the update document. **Recommendations to others considering Bidsketch:** Bidsketch is a great resource to create proposals and can help to reduce the sales cycle. Once the proposal is created it can easily be updated for new customers. The ability to track when a customer views and then accepts the proposal is a great resource for the sales team. I particularly like proposals can be set with an expiration date, allowing the sales team to follow up with the lead before the proposal expires. **What problems is Bidsketch solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tool is allowing us to maximize our time by reducing the amount of time we create a proposal. Our sales completion cycle has improved as a result of this tool. ### 8. The ability to save common chunks of contract or proposal is invaluable; the interface is very easy to use (for the most part). I love the status tracking, and the e-sign features make closing deals much, much easier. I also appreciate the ability to set expiration dates on contracts, though this is a little more buried than I'd like. **What do you dislike about Bidsketch?** Editing text inside of Bidsketch is TORTURE if you pasted it in from anywhere else. I've had to fight with their WYSIWYG editor and switch to HTML more times than I care to admit. Other companies are starting to offer deeper customization and nicer visual presentation at a lower price, and I'm waiting to see if Bidsketch follows. **Recommendations to others considering Bidsketch:** There are a lot of competitors entering the space, some of which may be worth a look at their lower price points and higher levels of visual customization. That said, Bidsketch does what they say they will, has a ton of power, and will really speed up your proposal process. As long as they stay committed to keeping pace with their young competitors, they'll be a worthy option to consider. **What problems is Bidsketch solving and how is that benefiting you?** I manage almost 100% of my proposals and contracts using Bidsketch. I can quickly draw up detailed proposals that impress clients and make me look the part of a professional outfit. ### 9. The process to create a full customized quote is quite fast and easy, and you can easily customize each one to be most relevant to your products and pricing structures. **What do you dislike about Bidsketch?** Bidsketch has no method for exporting the data you input into it. You are essentially forced to use a secondary product to keep track of the proposals you've sent if you're a company that sends several proposals per day. **Recommendations to others considering Bidsketch:** If you do not send many proposals on a daily basis or if you don't mind needing to input the data you enter into Bidsketch into another program, Bidsketch would be a good fit for you. **What problems is Bidsketch solving and how is that benefiting you?** It easily creates and sends proposals on your behalf, including all necessary options and your terms and conditions. You can pick and choose what information you'd like to include on each proposal, allowing customers to receive quick and accurate proposals. ### 10. It's setup so you can develop proposal templates that are quick to reuse for future projects, but can also be heavily customized with different features, pricing, terms. Pricing is very affordable, and with the ability to accept a digital signature, it's a no-brainer for selling services online. **What do you dislike about Bidsketch?** Currently, you're unable to generate a link to the proposal on demand (you need to send an email with the link to either your client or yourself). This makes it challenging if you want to write a custom email outside of BidSketch. **Recommendations to others considering Bidsketch:** It's a great system at a low price and I haven't seen any other platforms that come close in ease of use/feature mix. **What problems is Bidsketch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organizing proposals, marking them as lost/won, templatizing process, sharing with clients, tracking views/comments. ### 11.
