Everyone in the room is knowledgeable Bidnamic was different to me and my team here at CDKeys.com because of their in-house technology capabilities. Lots of agencies that make loud statements, they have the manpower but lack the tech advancement. One of the technologies I liked is the ability to segment the intent of the search term into campaigns based on the ideal marketing funnel (Awareness, Consideration, Buy). Additionally, their keywords and production system would allow for bigger growth by nature Are we satisfied with the results? Bidnamic successfully helped us to grow and sustain growth. Working relationship with their team members? A special shout-out to Lewis, James, Stephen, and Matthew, who were attentive, knowledgable, and quick responders. Are we going to work with them in the future? Yes, we're having another project with them as we trust their tech and manpower! Catherine Baxter, our Client Success Manager is always very responsive and thorough, both at our monthly meetings and as and when questions are asked, or adjustments to the campaigns needed. The custom reports she set up in the Google Ads dashboard are very insightful, reducing the need to look at the campaign reports, useful for a quick glance whenever needed.
