The flexibility to access data from multiple points makes it more user friendly. **What do you dislike about BI Service by ThorApps?** As of now I have not witnessed anything that has disrupted my journey so far. I hope it will continue as is. **What problems is BI Service by ThorApps solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest benefit is the cost savings that I have incurred by migrating to ThorApps. Earlier I had to pay for services which I didn't even use. Now since the model is consumption based, there is no issues of additional payments involved. ### 3. It's quite less complicated than other softwares which I have used. It has very good integration capabilities, but the ability of this software to Customize dashboards make it a goto platform for specific business KPI's. **What do you dislike about BI Service by ThorApps?** There is no such particular thing to be disliked about it. It's perfect the way it is. **What problems is BI Service by ThorApps solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has been benefitting me a lot via its customizable and dynamic dashboards features, which helps me a lot to track KPIs on the go. It enables me to generate reports and dashboards from within SharePoint. **What do you dislike about BI Service by ThorApps?** BI service appears to be somewhat restricted in terms of linking to other data sources outside the organization. IT becomes difficult to integrate data from other business applications or cloud platforms. **What problems is BI Service by ThorApps solving and how is that benefiting you?** BI Service helps to provide the data from SSRS to the users of SharePoint.
