Between (previously known as Supersales) is a virtual shopping platform that helps retailers bring the human connection to their eCommerce experience. Our live video chat drives higher-value online purchases and better staff utilization for retailers while providing a better shopping experience for their customers. Between connects a customer browsing a product page with an in-store associate via video so they can view products live, ask questions, and get recommendations.

**What do you like best about Between?**

Our store associates have been re-energized since we’ve introduced Supersales. Even on slow days in store or during the pandemic, our team was busy talking and helping customers via live video. We’ve actually had people compete to be the first one to respond to an incoming video call.
Our customers also really love seeing our furniture or color and material samples on video while being able to ask specific questions.

**What do you dislike about Between?**

Right now there is no way to control call routing, but Supersales team mentioned they are working on it.

**What problems is Between solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During the lockdown we had fewer people coming into the store, so live video shopping was a good way to still keep our store associates busy. But we also realized it was an opportunity to train new associates and improve performance as well.

**What do you like best about Between?**

We wanted to test live video chat on our site in order to increase how much customers were spending online as there way a very significant gap between in-store average check size and online.
We’ve decided to try Supersales after we’ve already had experience with their competitors. Immediately upon installation we noticed our sales team got excited and really involved, which for us was really important.

**What do you dislike about Between?**

Nothing, we are extremely satisfied with the product and support we get from Supersales.

**What problems is Between solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With previous solutions, the feedback from the sales team wasn’t great and the adoption was slow. With Supersales we got consistently great feedback that it is extremely easy and intuitive to use.
We also get a ton of positive feedback from our customers, so it is absolutely worth the investment.

**What do you like best about Between?**

I absolutely love Supersales! We’ve only been using it for a few months, but I am already a huge fan. It is really easy to integrate and get started. I never thought we could offer live video shopping to our customers with very little effort on our end.
Supesales team has been super responsive and has gone above and beyond in ensuring our sales associates felt comfortable using the app.
I highly recommend Supersales to any retail and e-commerce business wanting to offer a better online shopping experience.

Nothing so far. Both support and the product are great.

Our service is quite complex. So it is difficult for potential customers to make a purchasing decision. Supersales helps us make contact and advise customers more quickly.

**What do you like best about Between?**

As a sales person, I like using Supersales a lot. The app is really straightforward and easy to use. I am able to help a lot more customers in a few hours than I typically do on the shopping floor. It’s actually pretty fun to use, and I am hoping my company continues offering live video chat.

**What do you dislike about Between?**

It took me some time to get used to not seeing the customer, but them seeing me.

I am able to talk to customers browsing products online but unable to come into the store.

We didn't have any issues so far, the app works perfectly both on the customer's and our end.

**What do you like best about Between?**

I like that it is a great experience for all parties. Works for sales associates and works for customers without an issue. 
It is good to have easy access to video recordings for our training purposes.
The quality of video connection is the best on the market.

**What do you dislike about Between?**

So far so good, nothing to complain about.

We wanted to do live product consultations with our potential customers, but most tools were either too complicated or too glitchy.

This is a game-changer for us. We are converting a lot more online customers and learning so much from talking with our users directly.

So far feedback from the team and the users has been superb.

**What do you like best about Between?**

It's like FaceTime for business! It's a brilliant idea. I love the seamless customer experience of instantly calling in right from the product page. And it is awesome that we can see exactly which page the customer is browsing so there is very little room for misunderstanding.

I think the product is great as it is, but I am looking forward to seeing what else is on the roadmap.

We wanted a way to offer both support and sales consultation in a more personalized way. Live video calls are probably not for everyone, but our customers love this option.

**What do you like best about Between?**

Like most e-commerce players in extremely competitive market,  we need to be creative at delighting our customers and making sure they get the best experience not being able to check out the products offline.

I am so grateful we've discovered Supersales. Our customers have appreciated the opportunity to chat with a product expert and actually see items in real life before making a purchase.

We will definitely continue using Supersales and believe it's our strong competitive advantage!

Simplicity and the quality of the video that is fantastic. 
It is also very flexible. You can choose any shape or form to add the live video functionality to your site.

Nothing really, the team has been quickly resolving any issues we had.

We tried it to see if live video calls are an effective channel for our customer base. And it exceeded our expectations. Our customers love the ability to talk to a live human being while we appreciate all the new insights we are getting from these interactions.

**What do you like best about Between?**

Great video and sound quality, easy UI and customer support. The sales team has been getting a lot of positive feedback from prospects.

**What do you dislike about Between?**

Needs more options to interact with the customer after the video call is over. It would be amazing to be able to integrate this into the live text chat we have.

We are always looking for ways to convert more website visitors into paying customers. I was skeptical about using video calls, but after testing Supersales, we realized it is a unique and fast way to build relationships with potential clients.

I am a big fan of Supersales. It's not only the amazing live video tool, but also the superb team that is always responsive and delivers on everything they promise.

**What do you dislike about Between?**

Would be good to have more control over routing rules, but honestly it is a great tool already.

We needed a way to easily consult our customers via our website. I like that instead of going back and forth on text chat with an unknown person, our customers get a super personalized 1:1 consultation.

Unlike some other all-in-one tools, I appreciate that Supersales is focused only on live video calls and it works perfectly.

**What do you dislike about Between?**

Nothing in particular. I think the product launched only last year, so doesn't have yet all the bells and whistles, but they've been rolling out new features regularly.

We saw an opportunity in offering live video communication to our customers during the pandemic. After researching a few options we chose Supersales because it is intuitive, easy to set up and does exactly what it promises - let's you instantly connect with customers via video.

Supesales app is nice addition to our site and existing comms tools. I was originally intrigued as having a live video chat within a web page was a way for us to offer something different to what our competitors are doing.
The team at Supersales have been fantastic so far. Always responding right away and resolving any questions or concerns we’ve had.

Can't think of anything, really. All is superb

**What do you like best about Between?**

Very easy to integrate, straightforward end customer interface, intuitive sales app, analytics, transparent pricing.

**What do you dislike about Between?**

I want more features like video call to landline forwarding.

**Recommendations to others considering Between:**

See if you have your sales/support staff ready to pick up their phones fast enough when customers call. Look at the number of missed calls every so often. Try to get contact details with every inbound call. Make sure your staff goes through all call requests collected during inactive hours.

We use it as one of the sales communication channels for inbound product demo requests and such. Instant video calls lead to a wow effect and make us look close to our potential customers.

**What do you like best about Between?**

I like how straightforward and easy to use it is. We didn't have to really spend any time onboarding or training our team.
I also really appreciate the feature to request contact information from potential customers during video calls.

**What do you dislike about Between?**

Right now there is only one video. I guess it makes sense due to privacy concerns, however, It would be nice if we could enable customers to share their video as well.

**What problems is Between solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During the pandemic, we were looking for more personalized communication channels on our website to offer assistance to potential customers. We noticed much better conversion than standard text-based chat.
